Price doesent need to fight fury now, he's the new anglo main guy, Tyson up a fast creek without a paddle, and he's surrendered the canoe to boot. Hope his adviser isent in it for money as he'd never get paid. :huh

 

And therein lies the problem. If Maloney and Price really wanted the fight they'd have accepted Mick's 100k offer. They knew Hennessy couldn't let this fight take place anywhere but c5 so tried to force his hand. All this chicken talk coming out is just silly. Is there any boxing fan who actually thinks Tyson is scared of Price?
Don't get me wrong it would be a great fight that I'd love to see but this was obviously going to happen. The only way it woukdn't was if Hennessy promoted it and as Champion many would say Fury had earned that right. You don't see the Klitschko's box on other people's shows do you

He paid £300k for the Chisora fight, and bid big for Barker/Macklin. It's not like hasn't got form for it, or that it's a ridiculously good offer.

 

I knew fury would duck price. Dude would get ko'ed in side 5 rounds.

 

Yeah but Audley is exactly the kind of Anoying fighter that will probably end up winning it, I still think thats a risky fight for Hennesy.

Big Aud loves setting a trap more than he loves throwing a punch and Tyson would walk straight into them.

Plus we don't need to understand Hennesey's thinking.

We are the fans and we demand the right fights.

And Fury vs Price is the right fight!!!

 

I actually wouldn't mind seeing Fury vs Audley, he's still a name (better than some American who's unknown to the casual fans) and although Fury is probably too offensive minded for Audley to be a threat, there is some danger there if Fury is as bad as last time out.

 

If Mick says he's offered £100k and he hasn't, he leaves himself wide open to be sued for libel. Moneymen in sport may spout half-truths and exaggerations, but they rarely outright lie.

 

I think they will fight in the future when the both are well known fighters, then the both will make big money.

 

Defo something fishy going on. If I was Price I would be prepared to fight Fury on channel five for FREE! Great exposure and a probable knockout victory against a fairly well known Tyson Fury on terrestrial tv. Would be PRICEless!!! lol
