Both these guys have proven themselves at the divison and this will be a mega fight

Fury needs to get back into shape take 2 or 3 warm up fights then have the super fight with AJ

Fury looks serious this time everyone wants him back.

He needs to work hard over Christmas and stay away from the temptations.

Fury could get his first fight in feb or march depending how he does there it will give us more to go with don't count him out

My pick would be Joshua-Wilder. A good case could be made for Joshua-Fury especially if Fury gets a few fights in first and looks good in them.

I just think from a style stand point Joshua-Wilder is a better fight than having Fury involved.

I have to disagree, Fury won the title, but didn't even get around to defending it even once. Fury isn't even relevant anymore until he steps back into the ring. Also, Fury is going to need around two years to get back at the level and conditioning he was at when he beat Wlad.

He looked serious the first time, managed to stay on the comeback trail for a few weeks and lost a good ~20lbs in the process. And he did all of this with a comeback date in mind (BJS undercard), but then we all know how that ended.

I agree with you on the magnitude of this fight, it blows any other fight in the HW division away but until I see him in the ring I will always harbor the assumption that a relapse is right around the corner, he's cried wolf too many times for me not to.

Joshua/Wilder will almost definitely be a more entertaining fight than Joshua/Fury IMO, but it certainly won't be a bigger fight. Barring a comeback from Floyd; I think Joshua/Fury is possibly the most lucrative fight in all of boxing next year. Joshua and Canelo are the two cash cows of the sport, but who in the middleweight division can bring the notoriety and level of rivalry that Fury will bring to the table? I don't believe Canelo has the kind of dance partner necessary to match a possible Joshua/Fury fight. The Golovkin rematch would be huge if it happens, but there won't be a single Brit not talking about a Joshua/Fury match up. If Joshua/Wlad did close to 2M buys then Joshua/Fury will do at least 2.5-3M

Wilder v AJ would be more exciting because there KO ratio`s are better than Fury`s however Fury used his reach better vs Wlad than Wilder could against AJ so I guess the difference between these two match-ups would be the same difference between the two fights vs Wlad, one the first hard punch could winner or change the fight drastically like Wlad v Josh the other a good technical match with AJ stalking the clever spoiling Fury like his match with the Wlad, both types of fights have their merits but I feel AJ would have less problems vs the messy DW.

Joshua vs Fury is the biggest fight by far!

It will do 2.5 million PPV's easily, and fill out the biggest stadium they can find to host it.

Agree with James Smith.AJ v Fury is bigger than Wilder, PPV wise.Stadium wise they would both be full.
I think all this Wilder wants AJ now is just making noises..The fight will build for a while yet,and Wilder will probably price himself out of the fight anyway.
I don't think AJ is ducking Wilder....but the split needs to be right for AJ.Don't matter what people say,it's risky, and i'm no Wilder fan but he is a threat to anyone.I know he's fought c level fighters at best, but he's agile, fast, good engine and has a long reach and the power.I know his chin just needs checking and he's reckless and open.
AJ v Fury...I'd go AJ stoppage with the the new Fury.AJ v Wilder, who ever lands flush first.

Hope so cippi. We will see if Fury is serious or cashing out.If he's serious he will need a good 4 fights and the last to tough tests and get down to 18.5st for AJ.My feelings are he will take 1 or 2 blow outs and come in at 20st for a cash out.

If you rate fights by tonnage, Fury vs. anyone is the “biggest” fight that can be made.

Right now, they’d have to have 3 or 4 extra guys stand in the other corner to balance the ring when he steps in.

Right now Fury is irrelevant to the division and the sport. If he can prove he can come back and fight at the same level as he left then sure, it's a no brainer. But what are the chances of that realistically happening?
