Think it depends strongly where this fight would be held, but I favour Fury in this one, wich is strange cause I don't favour him over much known HW's.

neutral ground: Tyson > close UD
    America: Antonio > close SD
    England: Tyson > UD

True, but he is also another division and (almost) another generation. Overall, it looks like close matchup.

Even at his age Tarver can match Fury in the stamina department. And lets face it, when you consider their respective skill sets there is no match

Tarver unanimous decision, fury doesnt have good footwork and
doesnt cut the ring off, he'd never catch a naturally fast guy
    with good defense like Tarver

Im torn to be honest, i mean Tarver at 175 is totally different class to fury but at heavy hes only really had one fight. I thought the donut would beat fury in the rematch but was suprised, Would be a good fight for fury if hes trying to get a world title fight and american exposure

what i heard is that Fury might face Adamek since Botha is out and Adamek is looking for someone tall and 'easy'.

Fury is an overhyped whale, waiting to be returned to the sea.

    Tarver by KO within 3.

I never seen Tarvers first fight at heavyweight but if he has anything at all comparable to what he was at lighter weights then he should be too much for Fury. I think Fury is one of the most over rated prospects in world boxing
