I'd say Fury on points or possibly lateko. Williams keeps it interesting for a while but I can't see him beating Fury.
The Williams that beat Cooper has an excellent chance of pulling the upset. But, I would probably make Fury a slight favorite.
It's an interesting matchup. Williams has big dimensions, has a great jab, good handspeed, can box and had ok pop. I'd favor the class and winning tendencies of Fury but he'd have to work.
Williams had good fundamentals and jab, Fury has good fight IQ, Williams chin was a bit iffey, so Tyson on points or late stoppage.
