Maybe he actually had COVID was asymptomatic but then stupidly disregarded the rules around self-isolating.

Right. And maybe he ate wild boars testicles instead of taking Nandrolone. And maybe this fight is selling well like Arum said, instead of it still trying to sell tickets 2 months later. And maybe Fury really did injure his ankle before the Klitschko rematch instead of faking it and being seen jumping up and down watching soccer. You guys just keep giving this fraud passes when he doesn't deserve any more. I wonder what you will all say when he pull out of the fight in the next couple of weeks???

Fury was a voluntary defence, which is perfectly within the rules as Wilder had just fought his mandatory.

Not a Fury or Wilder fan before that card gets thrown about either.

Wouldn’t have got to that point if Shyte didn’t already turn down the Breazeale and Ortiz eliminators. Or he could have gone a different route and fought Pulev for the IBF mandatory. Turned that down too. Or the Joshua fight for 3 belts, which he also turned down.

He’s literally had a chance to fight for every single belt in boxing and turned them all down. Turning down 4 separate fights isn’t anyone else’s fault but his. Can’t be spun any other way.

He got offered a record payday to fight AJ at Wembley for 3 belts and sh!t himself and went and fought Rivas at a half empty O2 instead.

You asked me to explain how Fury might not have lied about having COVID and I told you so stop sulking.

I never said he had COVID, I said you don't know for certain what happened.

He might very well have lied about having COVID.

But then again he might have told the truth.

I don't know and neither do you.

So maybe he lied. Maybe they lied about Parker having it too. And maybe he was getting beat up in sparring too. And maybe the ticket sales were bad too.
    Or
He DID lie about Covid. Either Parker or his reps lied about having Covid too. Fury had a spare tire around his waist and was getting KOed in training. And the tickets, which are STILL on sale, were not selling.
I guess if you want to believe otherwise, that's your choice. I'd rather live in reality where 1 plus 1 equals 2. So when I see 2 guys out in public, both of whom supposedly have Covid, and neither have symptoms or even a care in the world, then I know they faked it. They faked it to push the fight back. And that tells me all I need to know about them

I like the way you have decided he didn't have covid yet choose to believe the unsubstantiated rumours about sparring.

And I like how you choose to comment on sparring, but skipped over a guy who faked Covid to get out of a fight.

My instinct was that they didn't have covid. I think it's probably related to the fight selling poorly. Unfortunately there's no way of proving it so pretty pointless to keep debating it - it's just opinion vs opinion and we actually agree here.

If he didn't have Covid then it was with the full agreement of Wilder in order to re-market the fight.

It's neither here nor there really. If one fighter has covid then the fight has to be moved. Doesn't even really matter whether the "covid" was genuine or not.

Just seen an Big Joan interview saying that they are targeting AJ in December now as Wilder is an easy victory.

    Fight cancelation imminent
