No, Eurobank Jr. punches so sloppy, wide and amateurish that he fell over from his own momentum. A complete scrub. Brit hypejob.

    Round 11

Saunders is getting hit with hooks all over the body as Eubank chases him. Eubank gets near and lands uppercuts. Saunders is dusting Eubank's face with soft right jabs and hooking off them as he dances in circles around his man. Eubank down, slip.

    10-9 Eubank

    106-103 Saunders

Eubank landed some nice shots. Close round. I gave it to Eubank.

Nick Blackwell couldn't have been any more correct:

Nick Blackwell (ex British middleweight challenger): I’ve fought and sparred Billy Joe and also sparred Eubank five or six times so I’m well positioned to ****yse this.

Eubank hasn’t fought anyone near Billy Joe Saunders’s level. Neither are ‘one punch’ bangers but I give Chris the edge in power. However, he really loads up. The more we sparred, the more I started to get on top. In our last spar I was pushing him back and beating him up.

Billy Joe is a lot better technically, has better footwork, plus an edge is speed and work rate. He punches in snappy combos and, whereas previously he’s only trained at 50%, he’s really licked himself into shape for this, over in Spain.

It might start like a chess match but Billy Joe will gradually take Eubank to places he’s not been before; outbox him and make him look silly. If Eubank is as tough as his old man, he’ll not get stopped but Saunders will win clearly.

Ref doing his bit giving Saunders a few extra seconds to recover from any effects of the uppercut.

Eurbank Sr. has to write a big cheque to the judges in order to secure the SD for his boy.

Eubank is absolutely desperate. He has to know that he has been outclassed beyond anything that he expected.

I’m impressed with Eubank in that he’s never had to fight someone this good or even fight this long before and he’s still there and competitive

    Round 12

Saunders is ducking away from the sloppy, poorly aimed, meandering and wavy jab of Eubank. Saunders is caught in a lull by the Eubank uppercut springing forward. Heavy body hooks by Eubank. Saunders is put in trouble, languishing by the ropes. Uppercuts on the face by Eubank as Saunders wobbles and tries holding. Eubank smothers him a bit, pushing him across the ring. Another uppercut by Eubank as Saunders' guard drops in fatigue. Eubank lands a few light body shots. Saunders holds.

    10-9 Eubank

    115-113 Saunders
