I get the keep busy element but it really is pointless

Of all the people he could have faced..

 

I don't see anyone on here defending a fight vs Chisora - it feels like you want people to blindly follow Fury and defend his every action.. but I've not seen one poster do that?

There's plenty of legitimate criticism to level at Fury, but yours clearly comes from a deep personal dislike which takes away any credibility you had on this account or @Brixton Bomber.

I do dislike him. To say you will donate money to charity and not do it? Exaggerate your mental health the way he does to the point of bringing a book out? Fail a test and blame it on a pig? Keep wanting soft touches at that level? He's an entitled low life and an overgrown child.

There really is no excuse. Glorified sparring session for Fury.

Even the 'puncher's chance' seems a distant galaxy away. Fury would need to voluntarily let Chisora land a few power punches to make it somewhat interesting.

In fact the only genuinely interesting part is just how bad condition Fury can turn up in.

 

Chisora will go all out for 2 rounds then gas and Fury will stop him late after toying with him for 20 minutes.
Pointless fight but I’ll forgive Tyson if the Usyk fight happens by April 2023.

For me, a Wallin rematch would be poor but excusable with the ‘BSide would’ve been stopped’ narrative from the first fight. It also gives Fury a southpaw warm up for Usyk. Chisora 3 however is nothing more than a glorified sparring session, he’ll give it more of a go than Shyte did but he’s no threat to Fury and that’s been underlined in two previous underwhelming one sided beat downs. Embarrassing from Fury and those involved.

How do you know he is going to face Usyk and beat him?

 

You're right that a second fight with Wallin will be a good fight to warm-up for a southpaw if an Usyk fight is arranged. But I also think it will be a better fight to see, unlike a third one with Chisora. Both are unnecessary, maybe Charr was the best option indeed, even being another crappy opponent.

 

Pointless fight for me Fury can't take anything positive away from winning this fight. can't really blame Del Boy accepting this last big pay cheq.

 

This is stupid if it’s put in a stadium. Put it on at the MEN arena and for free rather than PPV and you’ll have at least one or two more tolerating it rather than a PPV at Cardiff with Archie Sharp as chief support.
