Like all smaller fighters did against Fury?

Cunningham isn't the quarter of a fighter Louis was.

Louis had excellent upper body movement, what are you watching?

I’ll tell you something, Cunningham had much better feet than Louis and was more suited to fighting a large man, Cunningham had good in and out movement and fast combinations, Louis had good combinations, but no footspeed which is vital when fighting someone much larger than themselves that is actually good
+ that fight was like 7 years ago

He rolled a few punches, but it was usually still and therefore predictable, he didn’t keep it moving, to keep his opponent guessing, he just kept everything still, his feet and his head, that’s why Walcott was able to time him several times and Billy Conn

louis always looked to me like 190 I say the same stuff always and they say joe footwork is underrated and him being patient is good

they so outdated they think being that patient is a good thing facing people in 70s-90s who moved that would be a fast end for him moving that way

joe was so lacking in his upperbody movement

I’m not saying he’s better, I’m not giving an opinion on on a matchup between Louis and Cunningham, I’m saying he had better feet, just like I’d say Jeff Merrit punches harder than Muhammad Ali I’m not giving an opinion on a fight between them, I’m literally comparing a specific attribute

Yes, that was why Walcott was able to land on him so much because he could predict Louis because of the lack of feints or movement, he absolutely got robbed in the first fight and lost the 2nd because he stood in the pocket too long

but they forgot of that match dont bring it up cause Jersey showed how outdated joe was

instead bring up stiff bad movers like max and schmeling dudes who stood right there

the answer shows there joe does good with those types only stiff basic bad movers not 70s-90s where they knew how to move

they give the excuse joe was out doesnt matter if he wasnt he always moved outdated and would always look outdated compared to jersey

but joe fighting stiff and basic he can hit fury get outta here with the crazy talk

Tyson Fury has a huge physical advantage playing into a stylistic advantage .. He has to be favored by decision but if he hug al overs Louis and Louis was able to catch him he'd certainly finish what Wilder started ..

According to Devon, it doesn't count but a nearly 36 year old Holmes close fight with Williams defines his entire career.

I know what you're doing, but you're wrong. Of course you may think that Louis had bad footspeed if all of his fights you watched are from post WWII, but prime Louis was significantly faster than Cunningham.

...or maybe because Louis wasn't at his best anymore after WWII.

Cunningham definitely had better in and out movement and could get on his toes, I don’t mean handspeed

I know you don't mean handspeed. Show me Cunningham moving as well as Louis against Baer.
