Can you cite his high school wrestling record, or are you just talking out of your ass?

Really guy, you need a girlfriend. Or boyfriend as the case may be. I don't know. It's all legal these days.

I doubt you even know who managed Shkor or where he was ranked .
FYI He was managed by Johnny Buckley, Jack Sharkey's pilot and a crook.

Here he is on the floor in an exhibition with retired Joe Louis.

Shkor had won 6 of his last 21 fights and just 3 of his last 11=
JOURNEYMAN Record 31 wins 19 losses 2 draws
Shkor ran up a decent winning streak against lower level fighters but when he stepped up the quality of the opposition the losses began to multiply. He was by definition a journeyman, that takes nothing away from him or Marciano, that's just the facts.

You're the one making extravagant claims about Marciano ,the onus is therefore on you to prove them!
YOU cite his record as a wrestler and include which championships he won, buffoon.
You silly ****. My lady is on holiday with one of our daughters and two of the grand kids .Is that the best you can do infer I'm homosexual ?
I personally wouldn't take that as an insult ,but perhaps a twat like you might!
    You pathetic **** sucker!

Yes, if Fury clowns around, left hand down to his knee against a guy that tall, with that kind of reach, he is in trouble. Marciano isn't that guy. And I am assuming (perhaps wrongly so) that Fury won't be clowning around too much against Marciano.

Or if Marciano slips under a jab and gets close and punches him.

Even Frazier showed how a top shelf swarmer could take the length and reach off a top shelf boxer who knows how to use range when he fought Ali.

He had Ali’s arms in knots at times. Fury gets his long arms in knots just fighting guys like Klitschko. He’ll need to surmount some exceptional coordination to deal with a little bulldozer on a full tank that constantly uses angles and awkward momentum to create confusion and chaos on the inside.

Wait... "Even Frazier"? Frazier holds the greatest victory in the history of the division. And stylewise, he closed distance at a speed Marciano could have only dreamed of. Let's reign in the perspective a bit.

Fury sure didn't have his feet in knots against Klit. That was some fancy stepping. And his gas tank stayed full for 12 rounds of that movement.

It would surely be one of the more interesting match-ups the division could see.

Problem with the Frazier comparison is Joe had 5 inches reach on Marciano and Ali, at 6'3"was 6 inches shorter than Fury and over 30lbs lighter.Plus Frazier had appreciably faster feet and hand-speed than Rocky.

I love Rocky and have never really been a fan of Fury, although as time’s gone by I’ve come to appreciate his skills.
I know there’s a modern day obsession with size in these match ups but sometimes you simply have to take size into consideration when the bigger man has certain skills and abilities.
If Fury was simply a 6’9” 270 pound plodding lump which frankly I used to think he was then I think the Rock decimates him, but clearly that isn’t the case here.
I think Rocky would find it difficult to get inside Fury’s guard to land his bombs because of Fury’s jab, surprising movement, or he would simply be tied up and man handled.
You simply can’t ignore that weight, height and reach difference when the bigger man is Fury, who really does know his way around a boxing ring.

As in even Frazier was able to take the range from Ali. Arguably the best, trickiest, outboxer. The point being that an elite level swarmer can utilize their style and abilities to nullify height and reach adantages in serious ways. Rather than the favoritism themed interpretation you grasped.

Fury’s ability to move around the ring won’t matter as much if he can’t punch what’s coming at him. Klitschko was immobile that fight. He was extremely reserved and stationary. Opposite of what Marciano is bringing.

When he and Wlad clashed during the rounds, reaction time and size-imposed uncoordination would result in clumsy lookin exchanges with arms flailing and grasping about.

I could see Fury using his strength to keep Rocky off, and his uppercuts and jabs to make him pay. I think he would need his heart and determination more than ever. But I think in this matchup, Marciano takes what Fury dishes, and when Fury gets caught with something, it’ll be extremely difficult for him to recover. He would be looking for his footing and balance with the wrong opponent. It would be a great matchup.

I find it worth mentioning because Ali was the best outboxer in boxing. And he was having difficulty establishing his outside game against an elite swarmer.

He often stood toe to toe shortening his punches in flurries, which would allow Frazier to get around his attack and reach Ali with his hooks.

And I think it shows how Marciano could, and imo would create a similar level of discomfort to a rangey fighter like Fury.

If Fury was a Humphrey Jackson type of opponent I think Rocky would cut him down ,but Fury is mobile and elusive ,in close he would tie up Rocky like a small child and at range Rocky has no chance whatsoever ..Rocky is the greater fighter ,but he is giving away nearly a foot in height, about 18 inches in reach and 60 pounds+ in weight, just too much imo.

Ali went to the ropes in FOTC because after nearly 4 years out with only 18rds under his belt he trusted neither his legs or his stamina, what happened in the other two fights?
ps I dislike Fury.He is a loud -mouthed self promoting braggart, the exact polar opposite of Marciano.

Of course, Marciano cut down Jackson in just over a round. Wouldn’t matter if he was a few inches taller.

With Fury, Rocky could make up for the range, speed, and elusiveness with his explosiveness. He can cover the span of the ring with two launching hooks. While maintaining his balance and an intelligent attack. Fury isn’t getting away. He’ll have to bite down and fight with grappling, pushes, uppercuts, and awkward hooks.

Rocky’s people won’t be padding the ring for this one.

Look at Marciano standing against 6'3" 212lbs Ali for their computer fight, then substitute 6'9" 247lbs Fury for Ali.

Fury can fight effectively from either stance and he has clowned swarmers considerably bigger than Rocky, guys like Chisora.
