    Thanks Fists o Foreman

Tyson Fury is getting better, I agree he does not look much, but he is beating proper fighters not nobodies. Perez I have yet to see face anybody of the calibre of john Mcdermott. Who has knocked out hot shots like Perez.

Perez needs to fight a fighter with a pulse.

    He looked terrible in both.

In the rematch Mcdermott had Fury "all at sea" in some of the middle/late rounds.....but fat unfit McDermott punched himself to premature exhaustion.... letting Fury off the hook.

Ty field is also almost 6.9 " and have been boxing longer than Fury.
Still Perez took him out in one round.
I'm not saying Perez belongs to an A level, not even B level yet.He needs to prove himself against some real HW's...but saying he cant punch is somehow out of line.Fury doesnt impress me but his win against Chisora puts him in the HW map.And he is freaking big, thats for sure.

I agree, but let's not regard Mcdermott with too much calibre......he's about the fattest most unfit boxers that I've seen in a pro ring......and he is one of the few boxers that could not KO Danny Williams lately (and he fought him twice!)

I hope the winner isn't rushed into a title shot.

I don't think he will be offered one anytime soon.

The way I see it Wlad only "offered" Chisora a shot......because he wanted to mess with Haye after their numerous discussions fell through.

Wlad felt guilty at messing Chisora around so much that he offered the winner of Chisora v Fury a possible title shot.........not because the Wlad team really rated either novice as a true title contender.

Wlad or even Vitali, are unlikely to offer the winner of Fury v Perez a shot until they actually start beating fighters above domestic level.

I'd say 90% of the eople on here are picking Perez, i'm shocked at how overhyped this guy is for knocking out Tye Fields. Any Tyson comparisons need to stop.

Interesting that Perez's "signature" punch is one that he's never thrown in his entire career....you know, considering that he's a southpaw. Is that you Dwyer?

I just don't see it. He's too slow, both offensively & defensively.

Fury vs. Perez is indeed an intriguing matchup, but the outcome won't mean much in the grand scheme of things.

I will go with Fury, but I don't think the fight is happening. From what I heard, Perez turned it down and Fury is looking at Barret.

Fury should fight either Bogdan Dinu or Boytsov. He'd be a great stepping stone for either of those guys.

    - but I won't hold my breath .......

Saftey Pin would make it a horrible snoozefest. :tired

If VK can't stop a super negative Saftey Pin, neither would Perez.

Good fight. Perez is very fast and strong with very good amateur experience plus he is a lefty and also very young. Perez could go a long way, could be a top contender very soon. Perez beats Fury easily. ;)
