AJ has done well for himself but he hasnt been the same fighter he was in recent years if they put him in with wilder now they are cashing him out it will be over in a few rounds 5 or 6 years ago i would not have said that but the man fights scared these days and you do that with Wilder its all over very quickly.

Both teams tried to be too clever and it blew up for them. But it's still an enormous fight and regarded by the oddsmakers as a 50-50. They are both more experienced but also more vulnerable.

 

I understand wanting to see him brought down a peg or two after his Olympic gold medal winning farce which was one of the all time biggest disgraces in boxing. But to knock his cv as a belt holder is embarrassing. He done what Fury should have done, cleaned out the old guard from the last era. Wiped out the weak belt holders and then cleaned up his mandos. He could still have years on the clock too.

 

No thanks. Neither Joshua or Wilder deserve to have a shot at a title in their next fight.

It’s obvious AJ has wanted to fight Fury for ages. But people come up with stuff like he’s lost too many times it’s pointless etc etc. I don’t care I still want to see the fight. Wilder is literally on the record saying he took less money to fight Fury. Those words came out of his own mouth yet people still go round saying AJ ducked him. Like how much more evidence do you need when Wilder actually said it himself? Yet people still say it’s AJ. Really bizarre.

He had no problem making 2 fights with Usyk either. I remember saying on these forums when AJ lost the second time that it’s going to be interesting to see how quickly the Usyk-Fury is made. And look what’s happened.

Fury didn't fancy his chances against David Price. By my reckoning those fellas are far more dangerous than him.

 

Everyone will watch it anyway and it's not a Lewis-Tyson situation.

Someone on here made the case a while back that Fury seems sound when he’s away from the dad for extended periods. It would make sense.
