What's funny is that people are taking what Nas says as literal and subsequently are coming to the conclusion that the Cunningham team are shook
When referring to Fury, Nas is being so insincere it's bordering on **** taking. Just look at the giggles of the guy to Cunninghams left, they're definitely trying to irk Furys insecurities and have been since day 1.

Hopefully Peter is wise enough to spot that too and ensure Tyson doesn't end up 'beating' himself. I've seen a different side to Tyson in the run up to this fight, he's definitely quite insecure in certain regards despite the bravado. Nas is a clever guy though, from the 1st presser he's spun Tyson's trash talk against him and even used it to pisstake, hence the Ali jibes.

Hoping for a Fury win but the Cunningham camp know what their doing and are quietly confident, which is always dangerous.

 

Yeah, and that's what I'm saying-Fury will win this because he's better, not because of some pre-fight psychology. Fights aren't won or lost at press conferences.

 

I think Brother Nas and Cunningham are fully aware its an uphill task for Cunningham. In terms of size and what not.

So they are trying to level it out a bit (common sense) if they can get Fury thinking Cunningham is there for the taking and led down a path and a false sense of security, he will rush in and try and impress the US fans. Meaning Cunningham can counter on the back foot, hoping to land a punch that could change the tempo of the whole fight, maybe even end it.

Fury is not invincible. So the question is, is Fury dumb enough to chase after the bone?

We'll see....

 

Ah, I get you. I think we're in complete agreement.

I'm not saying that Cunningham will lose BECAUSE of the pre-fight psychology and Tyson's 'trash-talking', just that the way they're behaving suggests that they're not all that confident because they too think that Fury is probably the better fighter at this stage.

 

She's been a major promoter in boxing for about 30 years.

 

I thought Brother Nazim was talking up Fury because he really thinks Fury might be completely 'exposed' by Cunningham as a big oaf and a bum.
That's the way I interpreted it.
There's absolutely nothing to lose by building Fury up to be a monster. If he says Fury is ****, that doesn't nothing for Cunningham's career when they win.

Away from the cameras and microphones he's probably telling his fighter something completely different.

Is Fury really any good ? No, I think most of us here know he's not. There's no reason to think Nazim Richardson thinks highly of Fury really.
But then Cunningham might just be too chinny, under-sized and too MEDIOCRE to beat a mediocre fighter as big as Fury.

Both fighters should be confident of beating the other. It's a good match-up. Neither of them are killers, it's easy for both of them to see the weaknesses in the other.

 

Is it younger..or is it ignorance or is that the same thing!

You would think most fans would know who 'That woman' was.

I really like the guy, and he's clearly improved as a fighter. I'd love to believe he's a really good fighter now who's going places, but I still can't see it.
He's still miles away from being a tough match for Klitschko.
I think he might have serious trouble with Cunningham.
