Dong is huge and clearly far more athletic than Fury but he's a complete novice. Fury is clumsy as hell and at his worst looks terrible, but Fury at his worst looks like prime Lewis or Wlad compared to Dong now. Dong will need to improve dramatically if he is ever to be anything other than a freak show. He has awful sense of range, a **** jab, the footwork of your average Saturday night binge drinker staggering home at 4 am. Even a shot Shannon Briggs would KO early him now, Foreman could come out of retirement and probably beat him now.
I hope this can become an epic match up 1 day dong would obviously lose now he looked clumsy and slow but powerful
There was a sense of freak show about him I hope he develops well so this fight could happen could even end up being Fury's tallest mountain to climb but I'm confident he could do it I'd love to see him fight some one taller if he won against a 7 footer he could say he fought men any size
It would definitely make the division more interesting if Dong can improve to the point where he's a genuine contender and seen as a viable opponent for Fury or anyone who holds a title. He's clearly athletic and a top Chinese heavyweight could bring in huge revenue to the division again. But he's got a long way to go to get to that point.
Dong more like Dung. Hes too crude, one dimensional, unskilled and unexperianced. Fury would give that nicca a boxing lesson
I predict that within 5 years Fury and Dong will be flattened by small heavyweights. Big just isn't enough because neither of them are great boxers. A great or even good smaller man will beat them.
Yea his pro debut was in the US so they are definitely looking to get him known world wide it's going to take him at least 5 years to get there though
He took Alex rozman's punches alright but rozman is a bum he might hit hard as he's an ex body builder but I'm not sure he does and the point is Dong was too slow to dodge the blows you could hear loads of Chinese girls at ringside screaming for him terrified he was on the verge of getting knocked out
