Cool story. If you disagree fine but in typical esb fashion some idiot attempts a wind up with a few insults. Cheers. Hennessy didn't get Froch a title shot until he was 30 years old. Are you honestly trying to tell me a fighter under w arren wouldn't have got a shot far far sooner? don't say he wasn't ready sooner because he obviously was. He made the fight with a jermaine taylor who most people already had written off as a has been and was willing to take the fight under whatever conditions really but I suppose Mick can get a little credit for it. Would that fight have been possible before the pavlik losses? Doubt it and froch still had to go to america despite being able to draw far more at home than taylor could at that point in america. Also I think taylor was a mandatory after an elimantor with lacy which makes having the fight in the usa all the more galling. froch admits he was mismanaged by hennessy.

Froch was a world champ on itv. Yep. Did he have any public profile after that? No you say? why is that then? he should have taken the mantle from calzaghe as britains popular smw world champ but got a terrible PR job done for him by mick hennessy. He was invited to the s6 so no credit for him there and froch managed his last few fights himself after realising mick was terrible at his job.

He got the chisora fight for fury only after fury was mandatory and not a second before so again little skill his end getting that done although the channel 5 deal I'll agree is good for boxing.

Do you honestly think he'd beat an in shape chisora? He got the win after being rocked sure but I feel he won the lottery with the version of chisora he fought that night and then swiftly vacated after seeing price coming over the horizon to fight martin ****ing rogan. No disrespect to rogan but come on.

h2h I think both mitchell and wilder beat him yes but can't imagine fury would fight them, prob talk about them but fight them **** no. Not they're taking on all comers themselves but he wouldn't take that fight imo.

Would I call him a clown to his face? Yes. Would he be able to KO if he wanted to afterwards? Almost definitely. He's still a professional boxer with 100lbs on me. But then we'd have to see him apply the same logic to fighting price for calling him far worse so I don't think he would for fear of setting a precedent. His dad however.........

Fury started out earlier though to be fair, at least Price moves up in quality.

Froch fought Taylor in America because he wanted to fight in America maybe? Hennessy got the Fury/Chisora fight on C5. Yes I believe Fury would beat in shape Chisora. Fury's inside game suprised Chisora big time.

Chisora did rock Fury, but Chisora had extra weight therefore he had more on his punchers.

Again, just because you say you would call him a clown to his face, doesn't mean you will.

You don't know what went on 'behind the scenes' when Fury vacated his title. He has to fight on C5 in order to kepp that deal going.

I'm sure I heard Froch call Hennessy 'The best promoter in the world' after the Pascal fight.

So your saying that Hennessy had absolutely NOTHING to do with Froch getting a world title fight or being included in the Super Six?

You know **** ALL about boxing. FACT!

    I quite like this fight.

Derrick Chisora has never beaten anybody on the same level as Maddalone.

I'm not gonna get dragged into a slanging match online because I don't want to get dragged down to your level of immaturity so I won't attack you personally. No keyboard warrior antics here.

I know I would say it but don't expect you to believe it and don't really care if you do or don't. I know I have the bottle to say so and thats what matters really. It's nothing personal against fury just looking at boxing from my opinion.

In a rematch I'd pick chisora to win that's an opinion you're entitled to yours and we disagree. Only you however think that what you say is gospel and anyone he disagrees is an idiot. This is a forum to talk boxing.

Froch said that at the time and THEN LATER realised Mick was doing a **** job, outted him and now says he realised how his 'promotion' held him back for years. You conveniently ignore my point about froch waiting for ages for a title shot. You make potential excuses that froch wanted to fight taylor in america. Very unlikely mate.

I said the channel 5 deal was good for boxing.

The S6 wanted froch wbc world champ in. Fact. Even you could have got him in. Then somehow via hennessy's great promoting skills froch goes all around the world after the first fight- i suppose he really wanted to do that too. bollocks. Bad management made it harder for carl than it should have been. He couldn't even get the johnson fight at home for him.

So if you could take your insolence somewhere else that'd be great as I've forgotten more about boxing than any tyson fury fan could ever hope to know.

I agree that Fury has started earlier but he has less expirience in amateur ranks. So Price should get bigger fights at this point. Fury still have a couple of years to develop.

I called you an idiot for all of your points you made in your first post. You said 'You conveniently ignore my point about froch waiting for ages for a title shot' - Froch said he wanted to win the British title outright and win the Euro title before getting a World title shot, and he was a late starter into the pro game.

Your the one who ignored my point about how Wilder hasn't even fought anyone as good as Rogan or Maddalone - So answer that.

Hennessy got Froch on ITV - Didn't Sky ignore Froch whilst he was with Hennessy? Hennessy got Froch the title shot which helped him get in the Super Six.

And you said it's 'very unlikely' that Froch would have wanted to fight in America, but every fighter from Britian says 'it would be my dream to fight in the States.'

I don't have to insult you mate, I just expose your comments.

What you say about froch as an am is true yes but he was desperate to get his career moving to world level much much earlier as I assume you full well know "I'd smoke calazaghe boots" etc. Sky ignored froch because hennessy was ****. If not for that what was the reason? His style? His unbeaten record? His reluctance to fight the best opposition? Please. Froch was world rated and was number 1 contender for the vacant wbc SMW strap so again even you could have got him that fight.

Dream to fight in the states? Yeah sure if your fighting a big star in a huge fight and even then its always a ploy imo to endear themselves to the american audience. He was fighting what most people considered a taylor past his sell by date. Hardly the same.

I said earlier that wilder and mitchell are hardly taking on all comers and that I EVEN rate them ahead of fury. That's purely on a h2h basis on what I feel would happen. Chazz v Rogan?

You've 'exposed' nothing. You've just put your contrasting opinion against a contrasting one but sure fine if you feel happy about what you've written please continue. Perhaps when Fury has a bigger fight than Vinny we can have a bet and you can take all my money because you know so much about boxing.

Don't worry about its cool. Keep on supporting your hero Hennessy and his good fighter dodging protege, they need plenty of people like you to keep lining their pockets. Nothing funnier than someone trying to be a smart alec when they are wrong. Well done. :good

Fury owes Neven Pajkic a rematch -- Pajkic knocked him flat and then got screwed by a panicking ref with an early stoppage.
