There seemed to be a lot less animosity between them than before. Seems they've gained some respect for each other.

Didn't Fury say "You're scaring me John!" during the "staredown"? It was a nice touch.

'I was gonna get it plaited' :rofl

I've not been big on Furys chances at all in this rematch, a long rest will have benefitted an experienced operator like McDermott, but as Fury says in this video, the two fights he had soon after did nothing to help bring him on, and a hand injury he suffered has stopped him learning any more.

However, after watching this video, I think its clear to see Fury hasn't underestimated Mcdermott NOR has his head gone down after basically losing his '0'.

I'm pretty certain win, lose or draw Tyson Fury will be back. He needs to get in better shape, of course, but he seems to have a warriors mentality. He's prepared to take punches back (and in an extra sporting move, only throws arm punches back at his opponents) and seems to understand the mechanics of the game.

This fight is a genuine Domestic 'Eent'; I'm super pumped for it and hopefully the deserving winner will get the nod this time (although I think the first fight was much closer than most had it, I had it 6-4 McDermott)

    Haha I don't mind Fury, he's quite a character.

Agreed, Fury is playing a role, has bags of talent too. However, if he doesn't train he come a cropper eventually.

McDermott is in good shape, looks more solid to me. Fury looked suprisingly lean for such a big weight.

I think the scales are dodgy, no way does it look like hes put 20 odd pounds on, he looks leaner.

Fury looks solid. The best he's looked. Before it just looked like he was flabby, this appears to be hard muscle.

Given the vast amount of column inches given to how McDermott was in killer shape and Fury was going to be a blob, pretty amusing to see that instead they pretty much look as you'd expect.

If McDermott's dropped his body fat % that's good, but makes you wonder just how much more he could drop.

Agreed. I think John's in good shape but Fury did look lean for 19 stone 4.

However, I don't think he's sparred more than a handful of rounds.

Can't wait must be honest, which considering the relative merits of the two fighters is a testimant to Fury's ability to sell tickets and interest.
