I know the bloke has lost lots of weight, but he didn't look as trim as i thought he might. Looks like muscle wise he's ok, just 15-20lb of fat to go. Won't matter this time out, but his work is not done yet.
He lost a ton of weight but still has the build of someone with a bit more work to do, you can clearly see the extra baggage he's accumulated all over the place. A drinkers body is what he reminds me of.
I'm watching build up stuff on BT and Fury is highly skilled without doubt, he is like some heavies of the past that don't need a washboard gut to win. I do think he should drop 10lb of timber for real heavy contenders.
It's the worst Fury has looked. But he has lost 6 stone. After this fight, he needs to crack on and not slack off.
5 months 90 pounds Can't ask for anything more belly fat is hard to shift. 6 more months of diet and exercise and he'll get there. next year he'll be ready to dominate. The first 40-50 pounds would have been easy...the next 20 pounds will be the hardest by far. Now that he is in ok shape he should get a conditioning coach in...and Bring Peter back in once in a while...Sticking purely with just Ben will NOT WORK for a fight like AJ. I think he will SCHOOL AJ....but only if he is ready like he was ready for Wlad.
No excuse. There are men in the Himalayas and Tibetan mountains who are living well whilst far deep into their 100's who are in better shape than most western men today who should be in their physical prime, yet allow their minds to be conditioned to accept old age and illness and inevitably rot through their idleness and ignorance .
I don't know if Fury can win a title again. He just isn't mentally strong enough to have a long career.
