True, but Price defeated Fury in the amateurs. Both guys are still green as professionals, so why not do the grudge match?

You're wrong about the speed anyway, Fury has much better handspeed, footspeed and can throw quick combinations and that's coming from an Irishman. He might not hit harder though, to be fair I don't think either man punches that hard really both need serious work on their technique. Belshaw punches too crudely and Fury just arm punches.

I don't see Fury as a potential Heavyweight champion but I do see potential in him as a good European champion. He's got the size, skill and a very good workrate for a heavyweight, particularly a big one like him. He picks his shots well too and puts combo's together well. he has to be thought how to fight to his size though, and to get some real pop on his shots using full extension of those long arms. He doesn't have to get inside with his frame, although a positive is he's showing he can fight in there.
He looks a little uncomfortable when being backed up so far thoughl, that'll have to change.

Belshaw was a raw crude slugger, with seemingly decent power and very slow hands and feet. He's since had a major acident and stepped up in class and unfortunately it seems he's a bit of a plodder. I'm sure he'll give it a good go against Fury and unlike most of Fury's opponents won't be suffering from a size disadvantage. Fury should be far too skilled for him though and I sense this will be a one sided with for the man with the stupid name.

fury isnt in barrets league....ever. monte is a contender, beat some good fighters lost to the top 20, and erm couser....maybe a mugpug is cliff but i think couser could beat fury.

i'm very unimpressed by tyson fury. his speed and combos are very good but that is really it. his skills are so subpar. his jab is like he is throwing a wet towel. his right hand is weak and seems to just tap. he doesnt have the power that he pretends to posess. he has a good left hook to the body i have to say specially for a guy of his height but he is practically standing over them when he throws it.

he will get outboxed and beaten up when he steps up. he will fight for a british or commonwealt belt but i dont think he can win or hold it for long.

He is hype. That is still the first and ONLY time I have ever seen a boxer hit and STUN themselves with their own punch. How the **** one does that I dont know.
