Ive being a fan for years. He was more impressive when he was 20 and handling full grown men, his career has stalled in the last 18 months and I hope he has being productive in this time. I still think he'd be a match for anyone outside Wlad and Povetkin, including Pulev and Stiverne, and would love to see him score a round 1 KO over Wilder with a jab.
I wouldn't say that, still, I am curious, do you know who Whyte is signed with and when he be makinghis comeback?
Cant say that! I don't like fury but he pulled out for a reason and that reason was unfortunately proven not long ago with the sad passing of Hughie, hes leagues above Ustinov anyway and that is proven by the fact that he was employed as a sparring partner for chisora and even he isn't as good as fury
joshua would mop the floor with fury. fury has zero boxing fundamentals. he's ****. he can get away with that against small, or out of shape pathetic excuses for boxers, but vs joshua he doesnt stand a chance. at the same time everyone knows joshua will still idle along for a number of fights before he starts fighting anyone ranked, it's just the way these things go, he's in no rush nor should he be.
Would be interesting to klitschko's thoughts on a Joshua/fury fight as I think he's sparred both in the past year?
It's just a one year age difference.. should be a good contrast of styles. Mayweather vs. Mayweather makes the best "boxing" Not Fighter A vs. Fighter B
Also did Whyte ever win an ABA title (or any title)? Seems like his fame is beating Joshua when he won no titles. As opposed to a Groves/Price/Fury who all won titles. Wasn't he just MMA who fought Joshua when he was 17 or something?
The same way Julius Francis crushed Audley Harrison in his amateur debut. (Albeit in the first round of the ABAs)
Joshua would be crazy to take on Fury for at least 8 months or so. He's got a huge height and reach advantage, is a proven 12 round fighter, Joshua hasn't even fought someone who has come to win yet, let alone Fury who would fight to the end. Some people let their dislike of Fury cloud their opinion of him as a fighter, the truth is he is a top 5 heavyweight and a handful for any boxer.
fury wasn't funny singing in the ring - he was frankly an embarrassment to England and Ireland doing that. one of the most cringeworthy things to happen in the ring, putting ishe smiths blubbering to shame.
