Hes released a statement saying he wont be applying for his license back ! What a kick in the bollocks for fans ! No AJ V Fury now for sure. Most knew he wasn't coming back anyway...
He already said that he would look elsewhere for a licence instead. So probably some backwather boxing commission. Not surprising, as after everything what has happened, including his latest rant, it wasn't very likely the BBBoC would give him a licence anytime soon. But surely that would mean no Joshua fight, because then he himself would get in trouble for fighting a suspended boxer.
Surely they could only refuse him for doping, not the crap that comes out his mouth ? I see this as retirement imo
There is a double standard in boxing. Fury needs to fight anyone, get back into shape and just fight, he is still young..............
He should just get in shape regardless. Boxing is the least of his worries - or should be - because he is grossly out of shape. Do I think he is getting shafted? Absolutely. But he can't box anyway (he is massive). He needs to just drop some weight, and stop being a sook.
fury deserves his detractors, but 2 years and still no resolution to his ban? that's just wrong no matter how you spin it
The real reason he's not coming back is that he has gone past the point of no return, both physically and mentally. He was so drunk on Sunday night that he could barely walk: https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/4548362/tyson-fury-nightclub-manchester-hughie-joseph-parker/
he clearly has unresolved issues and if he doesn't address them through counselling and a radical change of lifestyle, they are going to manifest themselves into something much darker and more violent in later life - not to mention premature death ricky hatton, I hope you're reading this...
It's even longer. The (first) failed test was from late February 2015, exactly 9 months before the Klitschko fight.
The sooner he's out of the headlines, the better. We need action badly for heavyweights, not failed drug tests, and people pulling out of fights.
