His peak performance was when he hit that all-you-can-eat buffet in Surrey with hs friend Dustin Nichols and bankrupted them.

Wilder 1-3 . Wilder was never very skilled but at that time he was simply deadly , much more deadly than a post prime wlad .

Fury brought to this fights all the experience of the wlad fights and also many new skills and tools .

Definitely against Klitschko. A lot of people will find that fight and version of Fury boring / too defensive etc. But he did what had to be done and a man of his size moving like that is difficult for any opponent.

Wilder II was a great performance too, but it's hard to say how that come forward aggressive style would've fared against opponents that have more than just a big right hand.

You're thinking of an obese Andy Ruiz Jr.

I don't know, maybe that Wlad lead-up from a physical point of view, he was in his prime.
Problem is that Uncle Meth is a terrible trainer and Fury was arguably too defensive at that point. So I don't think the Wlad fight was actually his best level. He looked good in Chisora 2, but it's a good matchup for him.

I think Wilder I was the best balance in a top fight between using his defensive boxing and throwing enough shots. Maybe Usyk I also.
Usyk I was the result of Fury realising Hill was ruining his boxing with the Kronk BS and his brother clearly understanding that, and getting back to his older style. But his body wasn't what it was by then.

Basically I think the best two performances in top fights were when he wasn't actually in the best physical condition, Wilder I (comeback from circus fatman) and Usyk I (older and less punch resistance).

So we never really got to see him in his prime condition fighting his best, and that's his own fault partly, but also his terrible team and trainer.
Btw, he admitted he did a fat camp for Wlad and felt weak, so even there he compromised himself.

But in the first Wilder fight he was weak after shedding all that weight and in the third Wilder fight he was fat as a pig and with little to none preparation. You can be at your peak when you're like that.
