According to Del Boy's team Fury's reached out for a third fight later this year.

I like Fury but he is behaving like a coward for a while now.
It seems he wants to keep the belt hostage while fighting joke opposition: ngannou, thorbor fighters he already beat.

He has been desperate for that Chisora fight for a long time. Apparentlt cause he likes to Chisora and wants him to get paid but in my opinion he is on this mayweather exhibition type roll to only fight guys he is confident he can really beat.
Thats why he want Chisora so badly.
Its a good way to easily win, act like he is the best ever and keep his ego from shattering.

To quote Fury from his own book: "If there was ever an opponent made for me it was Chisora. I couldnt have designed a better oponent for my counter punching style and his more direct attacking approach"

There is only one real fight for Fury and that is the Aj vs Usyk winner.
And even there he is behaving like a little ***** by claiming to want AJ for free and needing 500 mil for Usyk.

Fury knows boxing, himself and is affraid of Usyk bursting his bubble in where he himself and is dans consider him this ATG h2h mythical beast.

If he does end up fighting Usyk and AJ then he can have that dumb fight vs Chisora and full credit to him.

But the way he has been acting since Wilder 3 is cowardly and affraid. Be the fighting man he claims to be, stop the nonsense and man the **** up.

Hearn said the number they thru out isnt anywhere close to what Chisora wants to at least it means no.

Cowardly is wrong wording but it certaibly is time wasting and pish.

    The world really has changed.

Julio Cesar Chavez Snr. went on a literal tour fighting absolutely nobodies waving goodbye to folks. People liked it. Bought tickets commensurate with the pricing. Got to see the champion one more time if they wanted.

Now, presumably, if JCC fought a bunch of no-hopers in a sort of fistic tour, people on here with job titles like "electrician" and "server" would choke the board naming him a coward.

If Fury fights Chisora it is a) stay busy or b) goodbye. Either is absolutely fine if he fights the winner of Usyk/AJ next or retires. To the people who would literally never see him again rather than see him with Chisora I say: that's fine. You don't have to buy tickets and you don't have to tune in. Feel free to stay off the board that night. For those of us who enjoy watching world-class fighters, we'll catch him.

If the fight was scheduled for September for a view to an Usyk/Joshua unification in December/January then I think it’s a reasonable tick over fight

hehe Fury should fight him to annoy everyone.

Fury is not getting a big fight for the end of this year. He can either sit around for 6 months or find a filler fight.

Chisora is not a bad filler fight. Not sure it makes business sense or really benefits Fury if he has to fight Usyk next though. Fury can get any cruiserweight in the world for sparring though.

Why not fight Joyce then? Both on the same network, or is Joyce too risky for him ?

I don't think this would make much money. No way it draws 80,000 to Wembley.
A PPV wouldn't draw flies. Sure, Fury can stay busy and the both of them would earn
a few bucks, but we all know who we want to see Fury fight.

Joyce is tougher fight for Fury than AJ or Usyk. In my humble opinion. Still Fury takes it over the distance.

Babic would not be competitive. Fun for a round or two, but not competitive.

If this is true I won't be watching the Fury circus anymore, and that is saying a lot since I supported him through his PEDs accusations, first retirement, fights with then lightly regarded Wallin and Swartz, etc. If he wants soft, marketable fights, they are out there without having to fight the same guy a third time.

What about Haye? There is a time honored tradition in boxing of digging up the dead for a big-name fight.

What about Kabayel? About the same level as Chisora...maybe a hair better since he won the fight. They actually have promotional ties.

What about Oscar Rivas? Not as good as Dillion Whyte, but now officially the WBC "bridgerweight" champion. It will nominally be two champs in there.

Why not Big Baby Miller, who is officially undefeated, but is a shadow of his former self now that he is being closely drug tested? I am not sure if Miller has a connection with Arum anymore, but they have his phone number, at least.

Why fight the same guy a third time when NOBODY wants to see it? Ridiculous.

Good luck to you and your family, Mr. Fury.

How is Fury vs Chisora a decent tick over fight? It's basically just Fury slapping around Chisora. It would be PPV also, waste of time.

If Fury wants a tick over fight, he should fight someone like Sanchez at least.
