Of course they can, don't be ******ed. Things like tuna, protein shakes and chicken breast for example are very low in calories but pack massive amounts of protein. A normal man is allowed around 2000 calories a day, Fury at 6'9 could eat much more than that. Chicken Breast Fillets, Skinless 100 grams. 116.0kcal 21.8g ^ 6 of those a day eating around every 2 hours to keep your body in a natural anabolic state is only taking in 696 calories but giving you 130.8 grams of protein that are needed to build muscle. Leaving you plenty of scope (1500 calories) if needed to add extra fats, carbs, fibre to your diet.
maybe to maitain muscle levels that might just about be enough for your average sized man ... to add any muscular size 130 g of protein is very very little the rule of thumb is usually 1.5 g per lb of bodyweight and overall calories are also very important
since when has the human body worked by common sense ? when blowing up no one puts on 100% fat, if anything his muscle levels are probably higher at the blown up weight than his fighting weight ... however the muscle is of course less efficient and doesnt compensate for the elevated BF levels
I think you've missed the point. 130 grams was achieved by only taking in 600 odd calories, ie you could triple that and still be well under the 2000 daily recommended allowed for non athletes. I'm a body builder, trust me I'm right.
Even if he trains in gear 2 everyday, his diet must be horrible for him to look like he does. Fury isn't in such bad shape I would guess he does train okay. This leads me to believe his diet is frightening. Hopefully so many kd's changes his attitude.
If I ran 10 miles a day. And also did a power circuit of low reps every day. What would the cumulative effect be after, say, three months?
Here I am putting a professional athlete to shame with my stunning physique. This content is protected
