Tyson Fury's MUG of the Comp Club...

For a man who has been out so long,plus had so much crap thrown at him personally and professionally,I think a fair performance.But he needs a bit of working on.Dropped his hands a bit too much for a start.My opinion is he is not out of place in a top 10 in not the most talented division by a long way.Still an unknown quantity.But we know he is relatively young,good jab,can box a bit and punch hard.Plus he fights back when hurt and doesn't seem to fear anybody.Whether that is enough for the likes of Jennings,Stiverne and Pulev remains to be seen.

Bit unfair on Fury, he almost quit due to Haye pulling out twice, he's already beaten Chisora and USS Cunningham, who are both good fighters, so he's clearly good.
However, what I'd like to see is him in with someone can bang, Fury said he wanted Adamek, which would be one sided, instead he should step up and face someone like Stiverne, Oliver McCall, Tony Thompson, Amir Mansour - all have power and would be decent names and would test Fury, while he waits for his eventual shot at Vlad.

 

Chisora is a nobody on the world stage and Cunningham is a cruiserweight.

Why do people continually make excuses for Tyson?

Is the Fury/Chisora rematch winner guaranteed a title shot? If not, i dont get the point in Fury taking it, he is above Chisoras level

 

probably cause he's only 25 - much younger than most of the division hes in and which other heavy is fighting great competiton. Wilder?? Povetkin? even Wlads next is dire. The heavy weight division just doesn't have a great deal of depth to it.

Fury has beaten everyone he should. Chisora is a gate keeper to world class level and Fury easily beat him. He also easily beat Kevin Johnson who in turn KO'd Wlads next opponent so two solid if not spectacular wins and there's also the win over Cunningham again solid but not great because of the weight difference.

was due to go in with haye but that didn't happen comes back way out of shape and decks the guy in 4. Quicker than Pulev who is suddenly the name to brand about. Tyson is doing OK im not sure why the Chisora rematch is needed as It will go the same way as the first fight but hes not doing much worse than anyone else opponent wise. I would to see him in with Arreola or someone similar but for now we just have to see what happens

 

i personally think pulev is an overrated limited stiff robot with zero power at the top level. Fury would smash him to pieces.
