Nobody in heavyweight can claim to have a stellar résumé until recently when the big guys actually fight each other.

Having said that AJ has more names on his list of quality imo.

The Wlad fight I think personally either Fury was just a bad stylistic matchup for Wlad or Wlad was on his A-Game in the Joshua fight. But that’s just speculation.

I think Fury had the opportunity to get better names on his record but chose the big money low risk fights against Whyte, big Frank and Chisora, and understandably so when you think about getting brain damage for a career.

That’s not to call Fury a coward or duck though. Anyone who willingly gets in the ring with Wilder 3 times is no coward and he’s show heart by getting knocked down constantly but never being finished.

I think it’s a case of the Parker win aging quite well.

At the time it wasn’t considered as quality of a win as it is currently which shows Parker’s evolution as a fighter.

    AJ fanboy cope

Fury went to away soil to win belts off reigning champions something AJ has never and will never do. Bodybuilder. Hypejob. Bum dosser. Manufactured.

Resume this resume that most Heavyweight resumes of this era can be pulled to bits barring Usyk Chisora and even Dubois. As for which fighter Fury or Joshua has the best resume let’s just remember that Fury defeated two long standing Champions away from home, these two achievements top anything that Joshua has done in his career. There is also the big elephant in the room and that is the one name missing from Joshua’s resume, step forward Chisora who has literally fought the who’s who of this era with the exception of Joshua, somebody in Joshua’s camp clearly did not fancy the fight with Chisora !

Wilder and Parker may be equivalent wins. It’s honestly hard to say. Parker was arguably not as good as he would be back then, and some would argue Wilder was never that good (I would say they’re wrong, but I digress)..

IMO Wilder is a better win because he was at or near his best, and Parker has clearly improved since his bout with AJ.

    beyond that -

Their wins over Wlad are comparable, younger but very likely to be mentally compromised vs Fury, older vs AJ. Wlad “looked” better vs AJ, but does that have more to do with himself or the opponent? There’s no way for us to know….

The other wins are all “pretty good” for not fighting the absolute best they could.

AJs losses are worse. (Neither Ruiz or DuBois is a horrible opponent to lose to, but he really got his ass kicked, Fury performed better against Usyk and has never had his ass whooped like AJ has)

Ultimately, their resumes are really fairly similar.

Which shows that the rankings of alphabet bodies are still a laughing stock.

How is it cope to say Fury is a bad match up for the longest reigning champion in heavyweight history?

If Wlad had opponents who weren't bums also he'd have got chinned off like AJ earlier. Who has Wlad even beat. He reigned for long sure great that's it. Fury didn't even have to try. Easy work.

Fury’s win over Wladimir is an ATG quality win.
He beat a Wladimir on over a decade long winning streak, reigning champion, and undisputed King of the division. Not only that, but he did so in Wladimir’s backyard.

Literally no one was giving Fury a hope in hell going into this fight. I picked him to win, but I had negative confidence levels as the fight drew near.

This is a really weak top 10 for someone who gets as much praise as Fury gets not going to lie

Joshua's resume is carefully crafted to deceive the common fool.

Look at how mad they get when you bring up that it's basically 40 year olds and Joseph Parker.
