Suspension means that the Ring belt is instantly freed up. If he was suspended then Hammer's loss to him would be turned into a NC. If he was suspended then a the bull he pulled tying up Wlad and costing the man millions upon millions wouldn't have happened. The alphabets could have stripped him earlier and fights for the vacant belts could have happened much sooner because of that.
Other boxers would already had their titleshots that way and the division could have moved on. They even could have ruled that Fury never won the championship because the doping case was from before the fight happened and thus never should have happened in the first place.... do you want me to go on?

All these things come into play if they pulled sh_t like that.

 

Surely Wladmir Klitschko and his team were given the full story when they said they wanted it clarified. They would have done their homework.
Are you suggesting Tyson Fury and his close advisers managed to fool Boxnation, K2, Warren, etc. for about 6 months or more .... and all for what reason ?

Clearly Tyson Fury was cleared by the BBBC to box in July and in October.
Even while the doping case had come to light.
So clearly he wasn't undergoing a full suspension.
Unless you think the British boxing board are conspiring with Tyson Fury to mess up other people's plans, just for the hell of it.

From Fury's team's perspective it's clear. Keep up appearences not to be spat out by the public and get stripped of everything.
I don't know if Wlad got the whole story after getting jerked around for months, I really doubt that or Fury, the BBBoC and UKAD would have a huge court case pending right now.
I don't know the BBBoC's role in this, but it seems they F'd up bigtime thus far.

All if he's already suspended that is. We don't know, but it would be one big can of worms if that's the case.

I think the BBBoC stated as much, they "lifted" a suspension and ordered a hearing.
There's a lot of confusion still and conflicting reports. Hopefully things will become clear in time.

 

Maybe he is, maybe he isn't. He been suspiciously inactive for quite some time now. Even if you believe he's not been suspended and his health issues were genuine, he should of fought by now and he's been linked to quite a few fighters over the last few months and every time the fight never happens.

 

It always amuses me listening to people like Unforgiven.

They can't believe that a man who vacuum cleans kg's worth of cocaine a day, is capable of using performance enhancing drugs.

Maybe I'm confusing you with someone else, maybe it was the other poster named after Fury who argued with me unil he was blue in the face about how Tyson is merely suffering from mental problems and wouldn't dare take drugs.

Realistically I doubt there are many top fighters who don't take PEDs. The only surprise with Fury is how amateurish his team must be to allow him to get caught.
