At the moment we don't know if Tyson Fury and/or his representatives even turned up.

I still can't understand the Hughie Fury issue. It seems he's fighting Parker a few weeks from now.

If you guys even glanced at my posts about this the last 3 or so months , you would realise why there is a 'wall of silence'.

Yes, but you never back up the statements. You claim "injunctions" and "gagging orders" but you're just guessing, aren't you ?
I'm not saying your guess is wrong, but it's just a guess.

The fact that "UKAD hearing 6th February" was reported suggests this 'wall of silence' has holes in it.

Seems like 2 years from now we will hear that Tyson and Huggie will soon be returning to the ring after their "break" from boxing, or something alike.

I don't like all the cloak-and-dagger stuff with drugs testing these days.
I remember the days when you failed the test and that was that, you got fined, banned, stripped whatever.
The allegation is that Fury tested positive 2 years ago already !

pointless meeting. Even if the furys get found guilty they may get a backdated 6/12 month ban and will have already been served.

If that happens it does have huge concequences for T. Fury at least, not so much for Hughie.
He will get stripped from the Ring belt, and maybe even lose his win (and thus ever being champion) over Wlad. And in the very least he will be viable to a massive civil lawsuit (already, but certainly in that case) by K2, due causing huge financial damages.
His whole image would be torn apart.

I think that scenario would just fuel the idea that he's the champ "whose face doesn't fit". He'll play the victim card more, and perhaps with some justification.

Maybe so but most people would still regard him as being a champ and still undefeated and free to move back in to boxing and make millions in super fights VS AJ/Wlad/Wilder etc. Can't see him getting a guilty verdict tbh. Tepper didnt lose his win over price so even if gets stripped of lineal belt hardly a big deal.

    He should do that.
But it seems he's in no rush to fight anywhere.

I don't know. There has already been a masquerade by the Fury's about what was really going on. If they get suspended and retroactively, it would show all their claims were false in the first place and that they were playing the public and the boxing world for over a year. At the expense of others.
I'm sure they will pull another victim card, blame the jews, blame the media, blame racism, blame everyone but themselves, but (most) people aren't that gullible.

BUT... It might very well be that they get acquitted from it all... it's just speculation. Problem is, after almost 2 years with lots of secrecy people will start to speculate. Certainly knowing they lied about an injury, when in fact it was a temporary suspension.

Lots of athletes who test positive and are suspended insist they didn't take PEDs on purpose, never admitted they cheated, and the public doesn't really dwell too much on it. It's not earth-shattering stuff, even if we suspect they are telling lies.

But if Tyson Fury was to get all those penalties and sanctions and litigations you described he could certainly argue that he's being punished more than others with similar sentences against them, whether we accept his plea of "not guilty" or not.
For example, having the Klitschko win "erased" would be unprecedented in boxing, seeing as he tested clean before and after that fight and did all the tests required for that one fight. Even if Tyson Fury was found guilty of cheating previously it would have been up to the UKAD and the BBBoC to inform the world governing bodies or the boxing authorities in Germany.
If Fury was never really champion then Wladmir could probably sue the IBF and WBO to give him those belts back, and the AJ and Parker could sue them all too !

I'm not saying Fury isn't it trouble if found guilty, but I'm guessing it won't be so drastic.
Certainly you can expect K2 to be suing him for something anyway already.
