tyson getting knocked out by buster douglas...mouthpeice

Tyson commented on this before. He actually said that this was his favorite fight. He said he was out of it, he knew that he had just been knocked down but realized that he can't fight without a mouthpiece. His mind was all over the place.

 

It was the greatest fluke in boxing history. That Buster Douglas would've KOed both bitchkos in the first round that night and even Tyson at his worst would send the bitchkos into intensive care.

Brewster tapped that ass with Steward in waldos corner

Brewster beat a prime Waldo ... Tyson NEVER lost with Rooney in his corner and only lost when he was coasting and hardly training at all ... and he still managed to drop Douglas in that fight.

 

It's easy to say that you'd do something else. When watching it. However when your knocked silly like Tyson was. You might just do exactaly what he did.

The best thing he could have done is to get up without the mouthpeice. I think he would have beaten the count. Hopefuly the ref would have noticed, or Tyson would have to point out the mouthpeice was on the canvas. This would have bought him time to recover.

 

He didn't have to put the mouth piece back up but was pretty funny to see it though.

 

Buster Douglas beating Tyson was like a pitcher throwing a no hitter. here will be many strange calls and occurrences for such a thing to happen. Tyson had left Rooney. Tyson was partying and not training properly. Douglas had motivation with the passing of his mother and was in great shape. The mouthpiece thing was just from being smashed in the brain by a large man.

 

Someone always has to bring up those terrible Klitschkos. Buster Douglas has a better resume than both of them with one win over Tyson and one loss to Holyfield.

 

i remember being frozen, just watching it unfold. in the back of my mind i was thinking how it was over, the man of iron had been conquered. it wasnt until later that i realized just what a brilliant fight buster fought that night.

2012 and people are still making excuses for tyson getting KTFO by a D level HW, a guy that had an extremely low K.O ratio and was brutally ran over by little 200lb holyfield 6 months later.

He was bigger than 200 as if that matters. Holyfield at 190 would beat both Klitschkos and David Haye.

And talk about excuses,Klitschko fans have the market cornered.

no fighter conscious goes for the mouth piece they get up, look at Corrales vs Castillo he doesnt pick up the mouth piece

Tyson was so dazed he just went for the mouthpiece it was a sign of how badly he just got KO'd
