Tyson looked and moved better than he did against Mcbride. Although I understand he had no real pressure on him from Roy.

I had Jones ahead, Great lightning flurries. He backed off and took it easy on Tyson. He was paid to do that.

True I find that hilariously depressing.

I would have been nice to see what would really go down.
If it were to truly play out.

    It was an exhibition.
They are not suppose to be real fights.
Just a step up from sparring.

It's not that hard to look marginally good when nothing's being thrown back at you. As soon as he's in there against someone ready to put on a fight, we'll see what level is Mike currently at.

Mike was clearly holding back...not throwing power shots or his combos...personally i think mike couldve ended it in 1 round...but its an exhibition...theyre point scoring ...limiting their arsenal and power....roy jones too wasnt do ir die...he was afraid rightly to shoe shine like he normally does.....it was a great exhibition....both could beat inferior regular young guys still.....but the whole thing was handled with great class by both tyson and jones....tyson laid off tp let roy catch his breath....this wasnt do or die for both men.......and the whole bt sports team handled it great except for the thick clueless and classless idiot andy lee who ought to be sacked immediately as a pundit/commentator ajd join the rest of the idiots at sky boxing

Mcbride probably hit him less than roy did...mike quit in that fight 15 years ago as he gassed on the irish punchbag...and was worn by kevins huge arse leaning on mikes head all night.....in contrast last night tyson was hungry.

U could see in the post fight...his body language screamed "what is this it"...he was like a dog who needed to taste blood one more time and he looked like he could do 15 more rounds ...

Great show all round....great presentation....the darkened crowd and spotlight on the ring was a throw back to 1980s british boxing...love the triller graphics and logo and having srl,jim gray, christy and paz involved was very classy......lets see calzaghe-froch....holyfield,wlad-tyson...witherspoon-bruno lets see a card of exhibitions where the legends point score...showcase skills without brutal knockouts....the car crash heas turning morons...the joe egans of the world expecting 1 round knockouts can go get their fix elsewhere....the legends exhibitions are for connoseurs and students of the sport.

McBride was a super heavyweight not a Bridger weight lol. Who's camp did he leave with better preparation. Maybe don't focus on the Giants Mike, just stay busy with fellow small heavyweights. Perhaps his conditioning for the Roy fight was better than that of McBride, no?

I wouldn't want to see him in there with Lennox Lewis, but for fun this is my list: Holyfield, Moorer with Teddy running the show or at least promoting it lol, toney, Briggs, maybe jirov, mccline-, and please put on the 20 oz heavy hitter gloves if anybody who hits harder than these guys materializes.
