As for Usyk, he won’t be a sitting duck for Fury like Wilder, Whyte and Chisora. Fury’s footwork has gone and won’t be able to pin Usyk down. Usyk will just pick him off all night with point scoring shots and win a decision.

The way he talks about Usyk it'll be an absolute embarrassment if he loses. I agree Joyce is one of the few people near to Fury's size who can probably soak it up and keep coming - Fury won't knock him out.

Only Wilder has a chance of knocking out Joe Joyce, it’ll be a very long night for Fury which I think he’d just come out on top.

    Joyce sounds drunk or punchy.

That your first time listening to him? Always like that, not the biggest personality in the room.

His personality has nothing to do with it.

Amazing how the radio guys were trying to sell this fight in the build-up. Spencer Oliver giving it large with "Del boy was beaten on the way to the ring in the first two fights... this time he'll bring the smoke".

I know they've got to try and keep people engaged during long walk-ins where radio is a bit redundant, but FFS...

    Daniel Dubois

Going to get badly hurt should he go near any of Fury, Usyk, Joyce rematch, Bakole or Wilder and even non elite limited fighters such as Ruiz, Parker and Joshua could beat him.

    Derek Chisora

Never rated the man or like him but he does give his all and stuck in a better performance than Whyte. The other limited Matchroom heavyweights such as Babic, Fisher, Joshua and Wardley would fare no better or longer.

Chisora looked and fought like a 50 year old version of Mike Tyson but credit to him for his heart and bottle in the fight.

    Tyson Fury

Very good performance against possibly the best current Matchroom Heavyweight boxer and it is now or never for an undisputed Heavyweight fight against Usyk followed by a defence against Joyce.

If he wins both of those fights then time to go as he has cleaned out the best in the division and has nothing left to prove.

The legend of The Gypsy King grows by the fight and we should enjoy this living legend while he is here boxing.

I don’t doubt that the accumulation of punches he takes will have started to have an effect but he has always spoken like that. In fact he has actually become a bit sharper and wittier as his career has gone on. Remember when Haye was promoting him on Dave. He was far, far slower in his speech back then and that’s why Haye had to be his mouthpiece.

Let’s see him step up and fight Wilder next.

He didn’t duck any of Ruiz or Usyk’s punches either, lol.
