I m in shock over Dubois' fight last night. Saw some highlights on BT Sports webpage and it looks weird.

 

WBA rules state three knockdowns in a round and fight is over - the ref never stopped the fight.

The bell sounded early at 2:51 to save Dubois.

The ref then stops opponent at the earliest opportunity possible after the bell sounded.

Nothing will happen to ref as usual.

 

The three knockdown rule is still in place? Jesus that's bad.

 

The BBBoC does not permit that rule in fights under their auspices so Dubois bacon saved.

Cannot understand why there is any exemption or opt out when it is a WBA 'World' Title Belt on the line.

 

We invented the sport therefore we get to call the shots.

 

That rule only used in certain American states now mate. Also a bit of discrepancy over the knockdown - whether it’s touching the canvas under any circumstance or from a punch only.

 

Still can't believe Frampton's assessment of the Dubois fight and going in on Shane McGuigan. I thought he gave good simple instructions in the corner to steady the ship.

Chisora fury 3 should never ever have happened,chisora was badly beaten last time by fury and has done nothing in his last few fights to warrant a world title fight
