I’m not taking anything away from Fury he was class round.

But Whyte was on his worst form. He had no issues landing plenty on a variety of previous opponents like Parker, Helenius, Chisora, Povetkin, AJ,

And we’ve seen many fighters land against Fury from Cunningham to Wilder to Schwarz to Wallin.

And yesterday Whyte couldnt do jack. Failed horribly. Didnt even give a good account of himself, and lose with dignity.

He couldnt land anything of note, couldnt get out of 1st gear.. went southpaw??? What the hell?? Of all the times to try something wild and drastic.

He isnt the fastest guy but he was at least two times slower than he usually is last night.

same wild swings from his amateurish days. He was way more collected and accurate against guys like Pov, Browne, AJ, Chisora, Rivas.

I think the gulf in class just showed. Fury is clearly one of the best around right now and Whyte one of the ‘best of the rest’.

I think the only two active HWs who could give Fury something to think about are Usyk and to a lesser extent Joshua.

Whyte's right hand is so weird, it's like he can't throw it without it going up over his head as if he's throwing a ball. Maybe it's a result of an injury at some point.

The wild swings have always been there, it's more a testament to how bad the heavyweight division really is or atleast how much better Fury is.

When Fury beat Del boy Sizzora in 2011 and 2014, in better fashion than the great Vitali, Sizzora was just out of shape and unmotivated.

When Fury beat the great 11 year undefeated Wlad, Wlad was just old and couldnt be arsed, and was much better after 2 years of inactivity and an injury.

When Fury beat the feared and terrifying Bronze bummer, the Bronze bummer was just overrated all along and had never fought anyone.

Now Fury has dealt with the dangerous Dillian Whyte, Whyte just didnt train properly and didnt turn up.

Or is it that Fury is just better than all of his opponents? It may well be true that no man born from his mother’s kunt can beat Tyson Fury, but the only problem is that a certain ukranian was born by C section

Good to see you taking it well.

I never thought he was good enough before the fight although one punch can change everything in the division.

He did give it all he had in there last night but he simply looked very nervous from the start, did not look to have the same fitness levels as Fury, certainly does not have the footwork or hand speed and it must be demoralising to see a huge target but getting picked off every time he threw a punch. The wild punches were due to total frustration and a lack of patience - he had 12 rounds and had to wait for his moment.

Fury retiring now or after another fight will allow him to come again if he learns where it all went wrong last night. He should stay away from Usyk as well but he is capable of competing well against the rest.

I agree. This he is proven beyond British and European level promoganda is laughable. He has fought world level names, but that's all they were was names when he fought them. Look at Chris Jenkins he got stopped by Essuman then in next fight fought a world level name in Julius Indongo and beat him with ease, but came up short at British level.

Whyte has never had the best punch resistance. Wilder definitely has a better chin than Whyte. Wilder would never have got knocked out by a version of Povetkin who was weeks away from turning 41.

I thought it was a bit much when the commentary said Fury threw the “punch of his life”, as if he had just taken out an all time great or something. It felt like they were trying to pump the whole thing up. It was so lacklustre.

Fury beat a pudding, that was about it lol. On to a real fight next thanks. Sounds harsh but this is the reality of Whyte, he was never a great challenge. In the old days after a fight like that, they would call it for what it was.

Dilly Dilly should petition the WBC to start a puddingweight division.
