Silly of Botha to try throwing low kicks. He basically handed Mo that KO. On the flipside Lebanners pride got the better of him and he tried boxing Botha. Didn't do horrible but he would have won and easily if he had used his full arsenal.

non sense, id bet on francis to beat Luis Ortiz, Whyte, and even a guy like Joseph Parker or Andy Ruiz who got into a close fight with chris arreola who scored a knockdown.

Boxers aren't super heroes. they are humans who can be koed. Francis has freakish power, even with those loopy hooks and haymakers it can ko anyone. Francis is in better shape than like 98% of the boxing hw division, and he has a good chin with a better clinch fighting game.

One thing Fury won't be able to do on Francis is put his body weight on him like he did to Wilder. I do believe Francis has some wrestling tactics he will use on Fury that he's never seen before, mma fighters have crazy grip strength, he can lock his arms and burn them up by tiring them with some tight underhooks, if i'm Francis I'm going to use a lot of tactics in dirty clinch fighting Fury's never seen.

Ngannou has exactly zero fights as a boxer. He's not beating anybody remotely good.

Boxers aren't super heroes but they aren't losing to MMA fighters with zero experience in the ring. I like that you use the word "haymaker" for Ngannou's punches as if some telegraphed punch is just going to KO a guy who has some of the best defense in the HW division. What works in MMA isn't going to work in a boxing ring. Boxers are about a million times better with their hands than any MMA fighter.

Honestly, if Ngannou beats Fury that is a bigger upset than Douglas over Tyson.

I already said Fury just decisions him.

I just don't see Francis that differently from any other hw he's fought before.

Anderson at 48 beat Chavez jr who went 12 with Canelo.

Ksi gave a close fight to Tommy who was a lifetime pro boxer with a ton of amateur experience.

Deji went 6 rounds with Floyd and gave him a black eye. Where are the super human boxing skills ?

Fury isn't going to ko ****, he's going to fight boring, he's going to jab jabj clinch and play paddy cake boxing, that's it, don't exaggerate as these boxers are DBZ characters lol.

Most hw boxers have padded records with 80% cans. I'm not impressed with the talent pool specifically in hw boxing.

How will his overall legacy be affected by a loss to Francis Ngganou? Would a loss, especially by knockout, do irreversible damage to his reputation, or could he somehow redeem himself by avenging the defeat?

Since Fury should have won the first bout, avenging the defeat would mean nothing. Losing would certainly confirm his lack of greatness for those who already doubt him while those who believe in Fury would think of it as a fluke loss in a fight he probably didn't take as seriously as he should have.

MMA fighters can't box for toffee, let's put it into perspective here, green youtube fighters are beating mma career fighters in a boxing ring, then we have poor fighters like tommy fury beating the youtubers that beat the mma fighters...

Francis is going to look as bad as they all have in the squared circle, tyson just plays with him like Mike Tyson used to play with his big cats in there lol

I'm sure Tyson has the utmost confidence in his abilities, but he's still very human, and when he lies down at night, he is subject to the same insecurities invading his thoughts as any other mortal. The probability that he's considered losing is very high, and for that reason alone, the pressure must be high.

Fury failing to beat Ngannou would destroy not only his reputation (whatever is left of it that is), but the whole HW division and cause a lot of damage to the sport overall when its already doing so poorly that several networks are no longer covering it.

If anyone thinks Ngannou has a shot, look up Pete Rademacher. Rademacher challenged Floyd Patterson in his debut and got demolished, knocked down like 19 times before being stopped in the 6th round. Rademacher won the gold medal at the Olympics and had about 80 amateur fights. This was a fighter with an actual amateur pedigree, and it didn't make a difference.

The result won't be any different here, only Fury might carry Ngannou instead of bouncing him off the canvas 10 times.
