    That's pretty interesting. I always thought Don King had something to do with it, but that explanation makes more sense.

    what i picked up from the book was that he never fully trained...like really trained properly for most of the fights after tubbs.....he did for tillman.....but from the book it seems he did a lot of weight cutting late for his fights.....and of all the fights he references, it sounds like he was physically hurt the most from....quick tillis !!

    don king start off all the whispers in Tysons ears, king used givens and her mother to break away from cayto , once he accomplished that he then tried to get rid of the women too. Once king had control of Tyson, he built an iron curtain round him, post telephone calls had to be approved by king before Tyson was allowed to rwcieve them

    If the best puncher means the one who mixed them up, threw the most and most meaningful shots and picked the shots well , I think I can buy Holyfield for that. I think Holyfield left a mark on Tyson when they were amateurs and reinforced that in the two fights. I truly believe Tyson was a little in awe of him as both fighter and man.
    As for the other fighters, Ribalta strongest?? Best bearhug maybe.....
