Tyson in his prime was an unstoppable machine. Haye in his prime is not as skilled or ferocious. He would quite simply be knocked the **** out.
I give the poster this,,,,,If hays wins, no question he will be compared to the greats, when brewster won against wlad, he was compared many times on this forum to frazier, i remember, an he was described as a throw back fighter, of course once he lost to wlad, he was described as a bum,,,,,,,,,,,,The first black boxer to beat wlad, will be compared to the greats an with some experts having that black boxer beating a tyson,,,,,,,I think after the ray austin victory, with wlads vicious left doing all the work, we began the era of the "Great Black Hope" an left the era of the "Great White Hope".....
Agreed. I'm not a huge Tysonista, but he would destroy Haye. Holyfield is not a valid comparison as he was one of the greatest fighters ever, which allowed him to outfight Iron Mike coming up from Cruiser. Haye does not have the same pedigree as Evander.
Aside from the whiney, sub standard platitudes and derogatory comments that have nothing to do with this thread, no ones countered any of my valid points, or even put up a legitimate realistic reason as how Tyson could cope with the Hayemaker. I await some common sense....
