Don King ruined him. If Cus had not died, or even if Jimmy Jacobs had not died and Kevin Rooney had remained as his trainer (like Cus Wanted) he would have done so much more. After he got rid of Kevin Rooney, he went down hill very quickly. During the Douglas fight, his corner was using a prophylactic (condom) on his eye, no joke! He had nothing but leaches hanging on him. It's a shame. I truly love great boxers and Tyson had so very much. Made me sick when a great career like his was destroyed. They destroyed him with greed. All that work down the drain.

By they way, Kevin Rooney was the "only" trainer that could have kept Tyson at his very best almost like Cus.

I agree, its disgusting how people have short memories, Tyson had the potential to push Ali & Louis for best ever HWT if Cus was 10 yrs younger & lived thru all Tyson`s prime yrs.

Tyson is easilly a top 5 all time HWT on my list, he was awesome at his best & IMO would have handed every fighter their ass that ever beat him if he was at his own best, absolutely no doubt about that in my mind.
