Used to box as an amateur until injuring his hand put him out of the fight game for good. Has his own gym and trains fighters today.

What fighters does he train? I think his videos are very intense, but conditioning is not everything. There is also skill involved.

you are born with it, tyson, foreman, liston, shavers all had god given power.other fighters just train for it.sam peter was born with a power, i think waldmir's power is more of his technical then raw power.

Lots of amateurs. Helped conditioned a few pros before, not big time pros. If you read his site, he puts a lot of emphasis on people sparring to implement what they learn.

See now I would say Wlad is a guy who has put in the work, understanding the mechanics of punching and homing in on that through training. Perhaps Chef knows a little more about Wlad's training regimen than most of us, but as we know the guy can whack, not the most active puncher out there but when he lets fly he get great pop on it.

I'm coming in late so Idk what point this thread is at, but I know power can not be taught. You can improve it by correct stance, speed, and the flow of the punch, but you can't teach a fighter or make a fighter punch harder...thats just the way they are.

You can increase speed by doing certain things, but Judah, Pacman, PBF speed can't be taught. They are naturally like that.

    Power/Speed = is god given.

  13. you are born with power for sure
