    Pretty much. Not only is there no cause of action, but even if there was, the statute of limitations is long expired.

    Here are some other lawsuits in the works that I heard about;

    -Anontio "Magic Man" Tarver is suing Paulie "Magic Man" Malignaggi and Matthew "Magic" Hatton. Tarver is being sued by The Orlando Magic, who are getting sued by Magic Johnson, whos is being sued by The Magic Kingdom

    -Tommy "Hitman" Hearns is suing Brett Heart and Ricky Hatton

    -Ray Leonard is suing Shane Mosley and "Suga" Rashard Evans. Leonard is being sued by Ray Robinson's estate.

    -James Toney is suing Shawne Merriman as well as Brad Lidge.

    - The guy who is suing Tyson is being sued by The Iron Sheik, who is in turn being sued by Stan Lee(The creator of Iron Man)

    - Manny Pacquiao is suing the creators of the Pac Man video game, even though they had the name first.

    According to our friends at TMZ, a 49-year-old retired boxer is trying to pick a $115 million fight with Mike Tyson -- claiming former undisputed heavyweight champion hijacked his "Iron Mike" nickname 25 years ago

    I love how everyone waits 20-30 years before saying anything so they can get huge cash settlements.

    According to Boxrec this guy has never won a fight and been Ko twice.

    This is what happens when you walk and drink at the same time.

    I also heard the following:

    - Roberto "Manos de Piedra" Duran is suing Lehlohonolo "Hands of Stone" Ledwaba, even though Ledwaba has his nickname in another language

    - Aaron "The Hawk" Pryor and Julian "The Hawk" Jackson are in a nasty court battle to claim rights to that nickname

    - "Marvelous" Marvin Hagler is suing "Marvelous" Marvin Sonsona, and Marvel Comics, and then Marvel Comics filed a countersuit against Hagler and a separate suit against Sonsona for the same complaint

    - Donny LaLonde is suing Golden Boy Promotions for using his nickname (claiming that he is the only one to use the nickname Golden Boy) without fair compensation

    The fight between "Vicious" Victor Ortiz and "Vicious" Vivian Harris on the Mosley-Mora undercard is actually going to be the closing arguments for their courtroom battle over who gets to keep the nickname.
