If it was a legit offer, I HIGHLY doubt Tyson would refuse that kind of money, given his reported financial woes.

But financial woes or not, NOone would refuse that kind of money for one fight, win or lose.

Tyson must have smelled BS, given who made the offer.

Here it is straight from the horses mouth -

"not true. The offer was 5 million and that was several months ago."

Something a lot of you dont know is the rights to Tyson Holyfield 3 are exclusively held by Don King. He is and always has been the only person who could make that fight. He holds all rights to that fight, and thats why they never fought in the early part of 2000, because King was going through a lawsuit with Tyson.
Im sure the offer had a base with upside based on the tv revenue, and thats probably why Tyson didnt go for it.

Tyson also said on in interview on the Michael K show that he is afraid of going into the ring right now ,he doesn't have the killer instinct anymore ..Its easier said than done .I mean lets not forget Mike's last couple of outings have been sad ..Who would like to see him give up like he did against McBride no matter how much he gets ?? I know I don't !

    Why not? Make it happen!

Come on who in the world will not tune in when Mike will make his comeback! Properly promoted this could be a huge grudge match. Mike looks good for his age and we dont have to talk about Evander.
