20 yr old Mike Tyson lads a thundersous shot and Berbicks walking round and falling down like a drunk. I haven't seen a knock out like that for a while which legs the point who in today's game has that punching power and is it more powerful than Tysons

Not many could have done that to berbick at that age especially. But I see berbick been ko'd early likewise against Louis, Lewis, liston and tua. Not many around today I don't believe could blast him out quickly.

I hoped that Bruno would fight trev back in the day .if Bruno got him early he would of flattened him.if it went late berbeck would probably win .Berbeck was a total nutter.

Berbick had a good chin, but he was fighting Tyson the wrong way. It just goes to show how much power Tyson had, he cracked the titanium chins of Berbick, Thomas and Holmes.

Berbick never got knocked out after Tyson, he was knocked out previously by hard hitting Bernardo Mercardo but that was something like 11 fights into his career. I haven't seen the fight so I can't comment, but he might have been green. He was in this Hasim Rahman, Buster Douglas and he beat Iran Barkley near the end of his career.

There are definitely fighters with more power than Tyson in todays game and even during his time and before. But with Tyson, it was about speed as well as power and combinations. The punches you don't see always hurt the most.

Tyson made it look easy, one of the reasons he gets underrated, by some. Funny thing is Berbick didnt fight scared, he was trying to throw some leather at Tyson. A lot of people think nearly all Tyson's opponents fought scared but its surprising how many did actually try but they were over matched.

Berbick was really tough. He coped better against Douglas than Tyson did because he was more used to a hard two way battle than Tyson was. The very atmosphere that confused and befuddled Tyson was almost a comfort zone for Berbick.

Yet when Berbick fought Tyson it was he who was out of depth. Tyson drew leads and The speed and thunder of a pumped Tyson coming in on the blind side using his angles was something Berbick could not prepare for but which Douglas could.

That's down to anticipation and speed rather than extra power.

Nobody. Todays game most powerful top fighter is Aj but he didn't prove remarkable one punch ko power against
    the old glass-chinned w. klitschko.
