Tyson would of beaten the old Lewis that had bad balance, the one that lost to McCall and got outboxed by Bruno, but Lewis in his prime beats him imo.

Tyson could possibly KO Lewis if he is not switched on, but on alert focused Lewis beats Mike majority of the time.

Lennox ALWAYS had Mike's # from the Cus D'mato days. The ONLY reason they never met earlier was Tyson ducked Lewis plain & simple

first 6 rounds, i would go with tyson. after that, stamina issues will come to play although lewis had stamina issues himself.

but tyson seemed to spend a lot of energy during his typical blitz in the early rounds.

Exactly, very few could stand up to a Mike Tyson, lennox Lewis? Please, he is not in the same league a a prime Mike, don't believe me, ask ALI, who said Mike Tyson was the one Boxer he would have feared in the ring, was too fast, hit to hard, and moved his head so well.

Lennox Lewis is the most overrated Champ every, the worst chin i have ever seen, not overly fast, very cautious, he only relied on keeping away from people using his strength. Lewis in his prime got knocked out by several bums, the best KO guy and finisher would have done a number on him.

You guys are dreaming if you think Lewis, even at his best could control a prime mike with his great head bobbing and weaving lighting fast hands, and when he actually had passion and hunger, Lewis doesn't last a round,. Why is Lewis so overrated, at 35, a bum who was only fighting to get out of bankruptcy lasted 8 rounds and took a beating, Mike also had a great chin, just not the heart after prison. He didn't even want to be fighting, just needed the money.

Mike in his prime would have landed a lot of hard punches against Lewis, Lewis never had the chin, and mike's movement would have allowed him to get inside. At 35, mike stood still, flat footed, took punch after punch, and it still took Lewis 8 rounds, mike was not even mike at this stage, please. Mike is the best finisher, the best Knockout artist ever, he would have killed a weaked chin, and cautious Lewis in his Prime.

Mike Tyson is one of the all time greats in his prime, Power of foreman, Speed of patterson, most feared boxer ever probably, and you think a second tier champ like lewis could beat a prime Mike? LOL. Amazing mike doesn't get his due because of what happened after he went AWOL and only fought for money, in his prime, he could stand with the greats. Lewis and very few fighters could withstand and control Mikes pressure, speed, power, ferociousness in his prime, he could keep it up for a long time.

You call this a post? Is how many times someone post on a forum relevant in your life? What a loser. I know more about boxing then you, considering I am one, either way, if you think the number of posts someone has on an internet forum is soehow relevant, you are going far in life. Great points BTW, fail indeed.

Lewis is the most overrated boxer and champ ever, a flat footed mike with no movement, nor barely ay skill left last 8 rounds, a prime mike would have knocked Lewis out like so many others in Round 1, please, the premise that Lewis had even a chance against a prime mike is beyond ridiculous, Lewis had trouble with guys who put on pressure like that, Ray Mercer who had 1% of the skill, power, speed, movement of Tyson gave Lewis fits, Prime tyson would have knocked his arrogant ass out.

That has nothing to do with the thread, the 35 yr old Lewis fought was not really tyson, a prime tyson was a different boxer, and it would have been lewis who had no chance.

Lennox said himself like a fine wine he got better with age , as much as im a big fan of lewis Ten years earlier and tyson would have a much better chance at winning this one and i think in Tyson's prime forget about.
