All the big name of the division are eagerly awaiting this mega fight to take place. Since winning the lineal title from moorer two years ago foreman had hardly looked invincible but many are giving foreman a chance, citing tyson s time in prison. They claim he can not be the same fighter he was before he went away. Other s point to the Bruno fight as clearly tyson I just as good if not better. Holy field says George is a tough guy and in with a shot. Bowe is claiming tyson will ko George in two rounds. Tyson says before the fight it's a honour to fight him but its his time now and foreman will fall. George as jovial as ever claims he will prove he could always beat Mike tyson!! So who wins the super fight?
I'm glad it didn't happen. Tyson was 8 years past his best. Foreman was busy avoiding anybody who could stand up unaided. The bout at this time would've proven nothing.
I dot know but it would have been ugly an dissappointing. Maybe george if he manage to push tyson back on his heels consistently without getting knocked out. Tyson had 5 round stamina by then, might not have taken foreman seriously. Foreman would have taken a lot of punishment even if he won
I think Tyson wins this on points. He starts well, wins all early rounds, George in trouble. Then it turns into clincfest after round 5. Tyson lost his stamina, and Foreman was way too slow at that time. So Tyson wins 8-4 or 9-3 decision
Can see bit of both sides here. Can easily see tyson laying in to foreman first 4 round like a man possessed and causing a tko, but can just as easily see tyson blowing him self out and gf landing more and more till tyson is stopped late on. But at that point in time I think tyson still had it him to really hurt foreman and George to slow to get any thing off.
