Tyson V Tua

Tyson could do everything that Tua could do and 10x faster. Tua couldn't do everything Tyson could do. That said, Tua was still one badass mofo who, in his prime, gets way too underrated on this forum.

Everytime I see someone parroting the more idiotic lines, like 'all you had to do to beat Tyson was to not be afraid of him', I know right away that person is a total idiot. Prime Tyson didn't give two ****s if you were afraid of him or not, he was going to try to kill you and he had EXCELLENT speed, EXCELLENT power, EXCELLENT footwork, EXCELLENT head movement, an EXCELLENT chin and he could knock you the **** out with literally any punch. He was the total package.

 

Even in the 90s, Tyson.

I actually think Tua has a harder single punch than Tyson with his left hook, but aside from that, Tyson has him beat in almost every category. He'd outclass, outpunch, and grind Tua down. Just two levels of fighters and it'd be very clear watching these two square off.

 

Pre jail Mike wins, but Tua beats post jail Mike.

 

Tyson head movement and speed separated him from Tua. Tua by no means have the power to take Tyson out, but he would have to connect to do it. One wild looping swing could cost Tua the fight.

Tyson had great stamina in his prime he went the distance a couple times, Tony tucker etc and still had a great workrate

 

That's why he has the Maori Tattoo on his face respect of the Samoan power.
