Is the Tyson comeback rumour actually true? If he does make a comeback whats the likelyhood of a fight with Valuev? im guessing DK will promote Tyson again and apparently it was kings fault the vitali - valuev fight fell through,so it shouldn't be that hard of a fight to make. Who wins if this fight does get made??

Rematch clause with Haye in his contract. However, Tyson really draws in Euro, esp. Eastern Europe, they love him there.

Tyson, no longer even the guy who lost to Kevin McBride, would quit after a few rounds of getting jabbed and leaned on. Mike isn't a fighter anymore and hasn't been since before he lost to McBride.

Yeah, see you keep quoting this but there is no sign of a rematch taking place at this stage.

Haye has to fight Ruiz, then Valouev gets a shot. However, Vitali is trying to get Haye into a ring. Might have to pay step-aside money to Valouev, but should get one fight of choice. Vlad wants Haye also.

its laughable to see that some people actually think that a modern, fat, old, inactive for years Tyson can knock out a best like Valuev :rofl

Valuev with his slowness and clumsiness could be an easy target even for Tyson from Williams fight, as he can't use his size effectively (other than leaning on you) and keep Mike outside.

The problem is that it was 6 years ago, and Tyson style wasn't really suited for overweight and out of shape 44 y.o. fighters he is now.

you dont think this would be enough to beat 40yr old tyson? The way I see it, mike wouldnt even get beyond the 5th round.

I would say Valuev talking himself out of the Vitali fight is a VERY strong sign. Valuev has no interest in any other fight, he'll simply wait for a Haye rematch.

I made this thread to see if anyone was interested in this fight and its obvious that not many people are. Does anyone even want to see Tyson competing in a ring again? If he doesn't fight a well known HW there will be another 3 or 4 out of shape "Tyson conquerers" who'll make their names off of beating an even older Tyson than the mcbride an williams fights which in those fights he made it clear he was only in there for the money. Is this comeback, if it does happen, again for the money or something more??
