Doesn't this fight in late 87 sum up why prime Mike would never have beaten a Klitschko? 6'5" Biggs was throwing feather dusters at him with an ineffective jab and very doable chin but Mike couldn't get to him and he lasted 7 full rounds. B class duo Damiani and Gary Mason got Biggs out of their quicker than Mike in his next two bouts. A prime version of Vitali and Wlad would beat Mike by controlling and teeing off on him from distance.

Good logic. That's how everyone knew Hagler was going to get blown out by Hearns based on their previous performances against Duran.

How about Klitschko-Brewster I as an analogy to Klitschko-Tyson?

he had him down and was bossing until he strangely gassed out, but I said a prime version of Klits. Although any version of Vitali or Wlad would get Biggs out of their quicker than Mike did. That's my point. Biggs wasn't anywhere near the Klits but lasted 7 full rounds with prime Mike.

But he couldn't do **** and that's the most important thing. Pianeta went 6 with Wlad and then got cold clocked in the first by a feather fisted Chagaev. Kevin Johnson went 12 with Vitali. **** happens mate.

Yeah not sure I see the relevance in the comparison. Tyson basically dominated Biggs. From memory ( and its been a while ) I think I might have given Tyrell one of the early rounds but that's about it. Also Damiani and Mason fought Biggs AFTER he was coming off bouts of inactivity, had parted ways with the Duvas and never again worked with a good team... And after his lifestyle went down the tubes. now for the record, I'm not completely discounting the possibility that Wlad or Vitali might have beaten Tyson or at least given him problems. But not based on Tyson's performance against Biggs. As others have mentioned, there are plenty of Klit performances that can be used to try and put a spin on the contrary.

It was well known at the time that Tyson carried Biggs to punish him (which he did) for the way Biggs treated him at the Olympic Trials.

I doubt Wlad could even beat a Biggs on his A game , never mind Tyson. Biggs had better skills than both K brothers. If you don't put pressure on those type of guys they'd run circles around you and neither brother applied pressure.

    Tyson dominated Biggs.

Biggs had a better chin than Wlad.

Tyson would destroy pre Steward trained Wlad.

The Wlad that used his height and reach and holding ability to nullify his opponents would be tougher, but Prime Tyson would catch up to him.

    Vitali would be much tougher.

I think prime Tyson would outwork him over 12 rounds.
