Tyson took on a 6'5" 228 lbs Olympic gold medalist in his prime and stopped him in 7 rounds, and only lost maybe 1 of those rounds if you want to be generous. I don't see an issue with that performance.
shhit is tight yo.yeah my brother. 1980's had a whole bunch of ali impersonators, greg page, quick tilly, biggs, even mitch green tried to be Ali Green. Word to your mother
with all due respect this thesis is very refutable because using comparison parameters like this one in boxing guarantees no objectivity whatsoever.
Can i just respectfully point out that Tyrell Biggs was still fully with the Duva camp for his fight with Damiani. This ,a full year after Tyson. Duva felt Biggs was in the shape of his life according to Duva, prior to the Damiani fight. Biggs had plastic surgery on his cut (Bey/ Tyson) that required significant time to heal.Had it not been for the Tyson payday, the surgery wouldve taken place after Bey. The Damiani fight ended after a bad cut over the other eye. It was this that prompted the Duva camp to conclude they had taken Biggs as far as they could.
He looked to be in pretty normal condition against Damiani. He was losing by a little bit, but both guys were fighting at a high level before the cut ended it.
Correctly Tyson knocked Biggs down and out quicker than Mason(it wasn't full 7 rounds).Mason destroyed Biggs at the bell. Damiani win by cut. Later Bowe had some problems with a shot Biggs. Biggs was faster than the klitschkos but Tyson won every round. What about the Puritty- w.klitschko and v. klischko fights ?
