Hard fight to call. Would Tyson speed and skills beat Foreman to the punch? The first few rounds would be very exciting.

Not a good fight for Mike stylewise, although I think Mike is greater.

Tyson takes a dive in the 1st round because he is scared of George. Tyson wouldn't be able to mentally deal with George's presence in the ring like any typical bully. Foreman KO1.

Tyson stops Foreman in 5 action packed rounds.

Tyson is and will always commit 100% to winning if he can land. Take that away and the frustration sets in.

I think in the opening round it would be really surpsising just how slow Tyson would make Foreman look.

George would be such a problem for Mike, I think Mike is greater than George. But with Tyson, George has that style of pushing and punching. A young Tyson would be pushed and then come back in bobbing and weaving as he is coming back and try to hit George, but George was so strong in these instances and he would be nailing Mike as Mike is standing still or coming in. It would be very exciting while it lasted. This is a matter of who is the stronger guy and George is bigger and I think would stop Mike in a few rounds. I do not think George would win because he is greater, but his style and strength work so well against Tyson's style.

Tyson is a far far superior boxer to Foreman, with superior speed and could slip Foreman's jab and unload at mid range, using angles and maybe even backing Foreman up. The big question is who can back who up? Foreman is obviously stronger but Tyson may well get his shots off first. How would Foreman take Tyson's shots? The only similar fight he had was probably Lyle who isn't near Tyson's league and Lyle nearly ko'd Foreman. Would he be able to catch Tyson coming in with enough to keep Tyson off him and backed up? In a way its similar to the Rudduck fight but Foreman's a much better beast than Rudduck

I'll go with the superior skill set with Tyson to stop Foreman in 5, Tyson loved having a speed advantage over slower 6'3-'6'4 men he could easily hit and Foreman is there to be hit here. Whoever wins I can't see it going past 6

Tyson hatersd always refer to him as a bully. He did use imtimidation, lots of fighters do. But in all his defeats he took his licks like a man, look at Douglas, Holy, Lewis and tell me he has no heart. Holy 2 he was being butted and butted and he flipped, that does not make him a coward just totally unbalanced. But the man had heart.

As for this fight he would make Foreman look like he was punching underwater, get inside and destroy him. He was way way faster than foreman and hit plenty hard enough to hurt him, and at his best was hard to nail. this would be over inside 3 or 4 and Foreman would look liuke he had been hit by a car.

Agreed. I think it would also be surprising to see Tyson bullied around in quite such an abject way.

I imagine that Tyson would catch Foreman with some quick eye-catching power shots and probably stagger him; perhaps he'd knock him down. I think the really stunning moment would be when Tyson begins to fall apart, stumbling around like a drunk and getting knocked down despite the fact that Foreman's shots seem puny in comparison. Tyson's punches always looked and sounded fearsome; Foreman's sometimes looked like arm-punches but were also devastating. A comparison might be a bee in a spider's web: Tyson would move quickly, thrash around, then seem to get stuck and immobile before doing some strange movements with his legs.

I have to say, I'd be surprised if there was any more to this fight than the first few rounds.

In the early rounds I thinks Tysons speed, explosive power and head movement to shock Foreman. Foreman has never faced a fighter with the combination of speed and power that Tyson brings and I expect to see him have to pick himself of the canvas early.

But Foreman showed against Lyle that he is always dangerous and only needs one punch to turn the tables. I think young Foremans jab is very underrated, and his combination of strength and a potent uppercut would eventually blunt Tysons rushes. I see Foreman forcing Tyson back and his power and thudding body shots to grind a tenacious Tyson in about 6-7 rounds.

Not too dissimilar to Foreman v Frazier. I think Tyson would have more success but eventually fall in the same manner. I have no idea if it is true, but I have often heard that Cus told Tyson that Frazier could never beat Foreman because of the styles - and given that alot of Mikes style is based on Fraziers it didn't bode well.

The first round would look like all the rounds. Tyson teeing off on a stationary Foreman. Foreman was way too slow for Tyson. Any version of Tyson would have beaten any version of Foreman down badly.
