It would drive me crazy if my favorite fighter was owned twice by Lennox. That has to hurt. But regardless, at least he split with his Moorer series.

Lewis didn't "own" Holyfield twice at all. He should have gotten a close nod in the first fight, and lost the second. And Holyfield was past his best, too!

And a '96 Tyson would have shown just how vulnerable Lewis was.

The 96' has a good chance, but I'd take Lewis. The 80's version though I confidently take Tyson by early KO.

I also like Bowe's chances over Lewis, though not many agree with us on that.:yep

This is one of the few times that I'm in agreement with Zakman.

Before the '02 fight, Tyson stated that he needed 2 more fights to be ready for Holyfield or Lewis. That statement was made after the Nielsen fight. Tyson tried to fight Ray Mercer in the winter of 2002, but Lewis' people said that such fight would end any chance of Tyson vs. Lewis.

The fact that Lewis gave Holyfield two beatings hurt good old Zak so bad that despite his chin-agenda, he has to resort to calling the iron chinned McCall a B-level fighter while propagating the glass chinned Moorer as an excellent fighter.

You miss the crux of his point, which is absolutely spot on. What else could turn a poster of superb credential on most any other topic of boxing into a rambling dribbling drone whenever Lewis comes up?

but he exxagerates . Zakhman has said those words like a million times and if anything its funny. But while he is wrong about Lewis having a so called glass jaw, he is right about Rahman and McCall being b level fighters and knocking Lewis out. Stating that Lewis so called owned Holyfield while failing to mention how old Holyfield was is more unreasonable then anything Zakhman has ever said :yep

I think at that point Tyson would have ko'd Lewis! But in the rematch Lewis would do the same he did to Tyson in 2002!

Well, how about this: If i repeat "Lewis gave a prime Holyfield a beating, twice" 500 times in 2008, then we'll call it even between me and Zakman. :good

You'll never get a greater insight into Zakman vs Lewis than in the thread i'll link. It's all become rather clear to me now. I was going to post a humorous poll but had better not

    Definitely!

At least the bald warrior had 15 to 20 living pieces of evidence outside of his marriage to seal the real deal about his polarity. :deal

I don't know if it's a universal thing, but in Holland, at the end of the year we have 'goede voornemens', basically saying at the end of the year "next year i won't be a fat **** anymore" or "i'll be a good family man next year", etc.

My point? Post the poll now you still can and then have a "goed voornemen" that you won't do that stuff anymore in 2008. :yep
