    As far as I know Tua's been down twice - the 12th round against Rahman, which you can argue is on or after the bell, but Tua had dropped his hands as if he was finished...
    And against Felix Savon as an amateur in '91 - Which makes Tua 18 or 19 when they met. But beingput down by Savon is nothing to be ashamed of anyway.

    In the pros he has never been knockdown in which i'm talking about and Rahman knockdown Tua was clearly after the bell so it doesn't count. But like i said to the other guy if you want to call it a knockdown then it's cool.

    Nah I think it was after the bell myself - just had enough arguements over the years with Rahman fans that I dont bother these days...

    I just wanted to say that I enjoyed this thread. I'm a huge fan of Tyson and Tua both. The two capital "T"s of power.

    Umm....if they fought in 1995/1996 I'd give it to Tua. It would be a great fight while it lasted, though.

    It sucks that dong king was scared to death of putting Tyson in the ring against the younger dangerous Tua.

    A sensible post. Yes, Tua had a few exciting knockouts, but he never did anything to be rated highly. No belt, just a bit of cult status. He simply never had the skills to be an elite or even a top contender.

    pfff. Tyson would win. There is no doubt. To pick Tua for this fight you would have to be on crack.
