Clearly. Here are 3 things I think are important to understand

    1. Reflexes = your ability to react without thinking

    2. Reflexes are important in boxing because there is no time to think when a punch is coming

    3. Reflexes are not important in track and field because there is nothing but time to think about what you are doing

It would take me too long to list all of Wilders flaws and that wouldn’t even involve the mental ones. However Father Time is undefeated. Tyson is too old and Wilder, even though he lost his soul to Fury, would KO Mike.

People might think it's hate but it really isn't. I seriously don't envision Wilder landing his rocket launcher right hand on Tyson. Tyson isn't brezeale or whatever his name is... Mike Tyson has more skill in his old man balls than anyone Wilder has fought not named Fury.

Tyson in his day Wilder gets dropped in the first 4 rounds.. Now yh wilder could land that big windmill, he's so well known for and win it. Now Tyson's in his 50s

Given half a chance Tyson would still be a lesson for Wilder at close quarters. They are literally polar opposites. Wilder has no inside skills, if that big one does land on a 50 y old Tyson night night. Wouldn't be much to shout about tho.

But just emagine the excuses if Wilder lost that

Current tyson would be easily ko by manuel charr. getting him in the ring against an actual heavyweight for a serious fight would be criminal

Totally agree.. age gets us all especially at 50 something. Still reckon Mike would rattle Wilder off the ropes for a round or two before he ran out of gas.

The one thing I really think Wilder would have problems with is Mike's Height, Wilder WOULD NOT be use to fighting someone 5'10" at ALL

No chance at all. Mikes a 54 year old man. He,d still probably beat most part time heavyweights. Which there are many of in that division. But no chance against anyone in the top 50 and even beyond that.

Just too old now. Tbh i think tyson should actually have a george foremann run...similar to the one briggs was on. See how far he can go with it...sensibly tho. Theres still a market for it and after watching saturday hes clearly in good shape etc. Get guys in with him he,ll look great against and slowly build it up. See what happens with it.

Briggs was pulverising guys with half decent records....part time guys i think. But tyson seems to still hold some interest. Why not i say.

So it wouldn't be his lack of ability to handle being backed up. Wilder needs space to unload his one asset. The one thing Tyson didn't give was space, well not in the first 5 rounds. If you made it that far.

Tyson was a legend but wouldn't want to see him back in a competitive fight.
