He's a world class grappler, knows the cage inside and out and is not going to stand and strike with Mike, that would be stupid.

Rampage is going for his legs immediatley and Tyson wouldn't have the sprawl to deflect it, then after a little bit of struggling, Rampage will submit him.

 

Rampage dives for Tysons legs, Rampage gets knocked the **** out with an uppercut.

MMA is a fringe sport with athletes who couldnt make it in a sport like boxing, boxing is world wide.

 

Rampage would come in and get KTFO out with a right uppercut instead. Thats how i see this one fellas. Tyson was too quick, too strong.

Highly doubtful, Tyson wouldn't see the shoot coming. World Class grapplers are just as efficient as World Class boxers in their own craft, they don't normally telegraph what they are going to do.

A person inexperienced with grappling reacts badly to it most of the time.

 

I agree Rampage isn't 1/10th of the athlete, but you simply don't get what I am saying because you have 0 experience with MMA or grappling in general, therefore you won't agree.

Any boxer, with little to no MMA preparation, gets his ass handed to him in MMA.

 

He wouldnt get close enough to Tyson to grapple. Tyson would pick him off from afar and as soon as he tried to grab him it would be over with one punch. Boxers are WORLD CLASS, MMA is a fringe sport full of Journeyman athletes who couldnt make it in boxing.

Most MMA fighters don't even come from a boxing or striking backround they come from a grappling backround, alot of them from the US college wrestling system.
As soon as one clinch is initiated, Rampage takes Mike down and grapples the hell out of him. Rampage has never actually submitted someone as he says he doesn't like to, but against Tyson he might use his submission skills.

As for the people thinking Tyson would get in a magic one punch knockout.....:rofl:rofl:rofl

Rampage would either go in for a clinch and take Mike down or just shoot for his feet and Mike would go down and be beat easily.

I dotn care what fringe scrub sport they were involved in before entering another fringe scrub sport. If they came from wrestling that just means they werent olympic caliber, if they came from boxing, it means they got knocked the **** out a couple times and quit. I know a few boxers who switched to MMA because they were kicking their asses beat.

Tyson beat the best in the world. MMA is still a fringe sport with a cult following and is not world wide at all.

Tyson punching you WITHOUT gloves? Are you serious? He knocked mother****ers blocks off with gloves, and you will let him fight without em?

 

Doesn't matter if its not a popular sport, it matters if that fighting style would beat another fighting style.
And if MMA has shown us anything, for the most part Grappling > striking.

And their are a large amount of Olympic caliber wrestlers in MMA. Infact Rampage just beat an Olympic caliber wrestler a couple months back and before that he beat a Olympic silver medalist at Greco Roman wrestling in an MMA fight.

So Rampage is at a grappling world level.
Rampage would bumrush Tyson, take him down, smother him and probaly choke Mike out. Mike would be like a fish out of water, he wouldn't know what the hell to do. He would be beaten within the 1st round.
